Big Fish Resort Koh Tao

The worst experience of all my travels in Thaïland and all around the world. The people at the reception are very rude and not helpful at all. The didn´t get the room we booked. Dated room and bathroom (very small). Nothing to hang clothes on. The woman at the reception refused to change room and invited us to leave and go somewhere else. She told us to try to get hare money back. She pretends that the hotel was full even though rooms were free. So she lied to us. It´s unfortunate because the location at beach is beautiful.

We came for lunch as we knew the restaurant from our last trip a fee years ago. The food was great as always, the service friendly until the served me a completely warm beer and refused to change or refund. Not so nice, but for the food and the location we‘d come back.

Abbiamo prenotato tre camere nel mese di agosto due affacciavano praticamente dentro il mare,è una struttura tipica quindi molto spartana per i nostri livelli italiani ma è esattamente quello che mi aspetto da un’isola come questa. Non hai armadi è tutto in legno dal tetto al pavimento un bagno piccolo con doccia praticamente dentro il water,addormentarsi con il rumore del mare alzarsi col silenzio non ha prezzo. Il ristorante offriva colazione con quattro cinque piatti io mi sono trovata bene anche a pranzo. Hanno ovviamente una lentezza nel servire tutta loro.il mare al mattino si abbassa e ha dei colori pazzeschi nel pomeriggio diventa un po’ torbido. Con uno scooter abbiamo comunque girato l’isola in lungo e in largo. Chiedono 1000 bath a camera di cauzione ma se lo si sa prima non penso sia un grande problema.

Unico consiglio: non prenotate qui! L'unica casa buona è la posizione sulla spiaggia (trascurata) e il villaggetto intorno è carino Per il resto, NO alla struttura, NO al comfort, NO alla pulizia, NO soprattutto al bagno!
