Initially lovely, beautiful hotel and staff but it's showing its age. Basic breakfast, maintenance is slipping. We had the tap water run brown for 30min thankfully it got fixed. Location is great to lie on the beach but it's in between places.

กลับมาพักซ้ำ 2 รอบแล้วค่ะ ห้องพักดีมาก กว้างขวาง มีNetflix และ youtube ทางโรงแรมและ Trip.com ให้บริการดีมากค่ะ และเนื่องจากวันที่เข้าพักเกิดเหตุการณ์ฝนตกหนักทำให้มีประกาศหยุดเดินเรือเฟอร์รี่ ซึ่งไม่สามารถเดินทางไปยังโรงแรมได้ ทางTrip.com ได้ช่วยประสานงานทำให้สามารถขอเลื่อนวันเข้าพักได้โดยไม่เสียค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม ประทับใจมากค่ะ

O hotel fica bem no anel viário (eixo principal de tráfego).A villa de 2 quartos com vista para o mar que reservamos consistia em 2 quartos que poderiam ser fechados com uma porta comunicante. um quarto com vista para o mar, um quarto diretamente. na rua. O barulho era extremamente silencioso e dormir mesmo com protetores de ouvido era impensável. Mesmo ligar o ar condicionado não ajudou - o barulho da rua era onipresente. A instalação é um pouco antiga. pensei que desde depois da cobiça as críticas foram melhores.que foi reformado durante a cobiça. não é assim. Também havia mofo e mau cheiro. Provavelmente nem todos os quartos foram usados igualmente durante a Covid. os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Provavelmente teria que ser investido novamente!

Location of the resort is perfect if you want to get away from noisy Chaweng. The staff is very friendly and the roomservice was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic with a beautiful view. I would definetly recommend this hotell!🤩

Very bad service for housekeeping, they dont clean room properly. They only made the bed and kept the dirty towels on bed, did not empty the bins and did not clean up the bath Called for a room service during new years eve , they refused to serve they said “ they dont have a room service due to new years”

Excellent property, super friendly and helpful staff, good food, beautiful and spacious rooms, great view from the ocean view rooms. Totally worth the price. I stayed thr for 5 days with my family… we have booked 2 “ two bedroom suite, with sea view” rooms were super spacious and had all the amenities required with beautiful view … It is basically a stunning beachfront location .. very quiet and peaceful… Me and my family. We definitely loved it.
