I was really disappointed in the service from the service staff. They were extremely avoidant. Not as friendly and welcoming as the other staff.

This was probably the 10th time we stayed at Ark Bar, and we got a little disappointed with their recent change of the AC units. Their ACs used to be super good, but unfortunately they downloaded them to weaker ones, which can barely cool the room down to a comfortable temperature. We had to do an upgrade to one of their Premier rooms which had the AC near the bed instead of above the entrance door to be able to sleep properly.
Their showers still have the same old problem of temperature and pressure fluctuations.
But the worst part was the pool. For some reason they kept doing stupid "repairs" every day with white silicone glue, without closing the pool. Everyone's swin closes were getting stained by the glue, and those stains simply can't be cleaned. We lost some shorts and bikinis because of their mess.

Great spot if you’re after a party. Plenty of other bars close by as well. Food at the restaurant great. The hotel was constantly maintained and kept clean. Room was pretty standard but sufficient. If you find your room close to the pool you might struggle to get an early night.

The hotel location was excellent
The room was as per point required
