One of those ones you want to keep a secret. It’s terrible! Do not stay here! I’m definitely not saying this because I don’t want it to contribute to it getting so popular I can’t get a reservation in the future! In all seriousness, it reminds me of the Thailand of old, back when you could get a nice bungalow at a fair price and excellent food served with a smile. The beach out front is lovely at high tide, but like most places on Kradan, it gets the low-tide blues pretty severely around midday. There’s a beautiful hammock right on the beach in the shade where you can wait out low tide. Really appreciated the resort's commitment to keeping the island plastic free. I’ve been going to Kradan for 15 years, and plastic pollution and degradation of the reef I've witnessed in that time breaks my heart. Back in the day, if you stayed still in the water too long, swarms of enormous parrot fish would start to nip at you. I didn't see any parrot fish at all this time. If you go to Kradan, please use reef-safe sunscreen and take your plastic home with you. I even collected a bag of beach plastic from sunset beach and took it back to the mainland with me. If we all did that, maybe we'd see the Kradan of old again.

Paradise. Very well maintained & nice bungalows. We stayed in one of the 2 beach villas and had our own private sunbeds. View from the beach is awesome. Restaurants really nice, good Italian food, good quality. Unfortunately lot of day tourists coming to Koh Kradan. But before & after they leave the Island is really nice to stay a couple of days. Friendly owners! They have even a small Gym!

A wonderful resort with wonderful staff. The bungalow was in very good condition, clean and with a nice terrace. The bathroom was one of the best we had during our stay in Thai this time. The restaurant had lovely, Italian food. We ate there a couple of times and had a great time (did it at the Reef also. The only reason is because we wanted Thai food). This Island was clean. Nice beach and calm and relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure!

The Best Hotel and the best location. A super nice beach, an amazing villa plenty of wonderful decorations and great beach view directly from the bed. The Best place to stay ever. Another big plus are: the delicious food at the restaurant, the super friendly staff and the super nice owners. Everything was just PERFECT.

We come back after 3 years to Kalume Eco Boutique Resort. We found the same paradise that was in our hearts. This is absolutely the best resort of the island: it is small, only few bungalows and two splendid masonry villas a few steps from the sea; this guarantees maximum quiet. Both bungalows and villas are beautifully furnished with a great taste. Again this year we stayed in the beachfront villa, with its amazing bay window overlooking the beach. A dream. The resort is located in my opinion in the most beautiful stretch of the beach; a wonderful, and rare, coral reef can be reached in a short swimming. It offers very comfortable sunbeds with a table, the possibility of having excellent massages caressed by the sea breeze and an amazing restaurant. Kayaks, snorkelling gear and a small but fully equipped outdoor gym are available free of charge. The owners Daniela and Stefano are always careful to satisfy every customer need and to pamper them with lots of attention. The smiling and helpful staff complete the scenario of what is an unforgettable holiday. Of course we will be back again and again.

We had an amazing time at Kalume. We had the beach front villa and the view was breathtaking . The food was to die for and the service impeccable. What really made the difference though was Stefano and Dani, the owners of the place.They really took excellent care of us and helped us out when we an unexpected situation arose. We can’t thank them enough!! So…if you ever decide to visit this tiny island with the great reef, I strongly urge you to stay at Kalume.You won’t regret it!!!!

This is the most beautiful resort on the island. The service takes care of every little detail. It's very clean. What I liked the most was that it was very intimate and peaceful there. The resort is far from the "port" where daily trips to the reefs arrive. Owners przesympatyczni and very helpful. The food and drinks in the restaurant are delicious.

Kalume on Koh Kradan is as close to paradise as one can get. The small resort of 8 beach huts are nestled along a perfect stretch of sand beach, backed by jungle. Koh Kradan is beautifully tranquil so a great place to relax and disconnect. Kalume offer kayaks for free and the snorkeling is amazing off the reef so you will be able to be as active as you wish. Stefano and his team are passionate about the environment and are keen to have a positive impact in this respect. There are solar panels recently installed and there is no AC. This wasn’t a problem with the ceiling fan. This is a plastic free resort which is refreshing to see in this part of the world. The food was enjoyed at the restaurant with sand between your toes and the Italian cuisine offered a nice variation from the Thai food which we also love. I would certainly recommend Kalume to anyone who wants to experience crystal clear waters and beaches without hoards of tourists. Thank you Stefano for a great stay, we hope to return again, hopefully for longer next time! Zoran

We have had the most wonderful stay on Ko Kraden in this chic boutique eco hotel. It is a peaceful oasis and a true gem of the islands . The staff are lovely, and so helpful-Billy is a star. The food is delicious and the Italian couple who own the hotel have created a very special place to rest and enjoy before we continue on our SE Asia travels. Thank you so much
