Beautiful heritage hotel with a strong pedigree.. great location.. well ***nered and courteous staffs. Super food. Their amenities are good.. the restaurant, the parking, the club all are well maintained and clean. The restaurant staff will go above and beyond for your needs. My boys were catered with chocos and hot milk even for dinner. Chef prepared chicken noodles for my kids out of his way. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Wil come back again here while visiting kodaikanal

The service was really good,top notch,the buffet was very welcoming and the seafood is very fresh especially the chili and pepper prawn,the utensils were clean and tidy and over all a very nice place 1000% reccomend thanks to Mariselvan and ramakrishnan for taking good care

Great Ambience with good view of Lake.. Good food & Great service. Staffs were very kind . Came for my Twenty Five years wedding Anniversary ***** with my Wife … both enjoyed a lot will all aspects of travel .. both check in & check out were very smooth. Thanks to a warm send off by Simran, the Guest Relation Associate of this Hotel. Eager in coming back a stay over here. Thanks 🙏🏻

We stayed in lake view room, ambience was very good.. hospitality was excellent.. Special mention about Mr Shankar, Mr Michael.. they made sure the food is served according to our likings.. Mr Anand welcomed us warmly and Mr Murugan, Mr Nagaraj made sure that room is neatly maintained and comfortable and Ms Simran, welcomes u with warm smile and friendly ***ner..Overall it was 5🌟 experience and refreshing.. Much needed break….❤️❤️

Best place to stay in Kodaikanal near lake. Buffet food s good. Customer services s excellent. Room cleaning n all other place inside the Carlton s well maintained. People those serves during mornin n night buffet are really kind and friendly. Customer relation Simran s really approachable.

Overall had a very good experience! Hotel has a great location with the best views. Staff is very hospitable. However, they could offer more choice of food. Appreciate assistance of Simran from Guest relations and Ravi Shankar in the restaurant for his hospitality.

Excellent hospitality. Staff ever ready to help. Good ambience. Rooms very neat and clean. House keeping service very good. Food very tasty and excellent service. Akruti rendered good service. Guest relations associate Ms.Simran is very helpful and friendly . Spa service is very good. Mr.Joseph and Ms.Rakhi did very good massaging and were very co-operative. All the other staff of Carlton were very hospitable and friendly and ever ready to help. Over all experience with Carlton is very good and we would love to visit again.

Excellent location with super courteous staff who made our stay very memorable. The breakfast views and lake view rooms were simply superb. Club area is a great place to lounge in too. Ms Simran, the Guest relations associate always welcomes us with a smile.

Good hospitality. All staff members are friendly and especially near kids play area they also very excellent service. Varadhan housekeeping and Anand good receiver. My kids enjoyed a lot in your hotel.simran my mother tongue she guide a lot. Breakfast excellent.. Thanks & Regards, A siva krishna
