Room size- Suite cottage offered by them is basically one large room and not a bedroom with a separate living room. So don’t be fooled by the suite term. Avoid cottage near swimming pool as it’s noisy. Cleanliness- very good Food - good options Staff - ok Ambience is nice and cozy. First aid - they did not have a thermometer which is a basic first aid. carry all medicines as it is quite far from city. We attended the New year gala but it was an underwhelming experience with a below average band playing and no participatory games etc. Starters finished within an hour. There was a large group of guests who were playing very loud music and shouting till late night on one day but the management did not stop them. This caused a lot of discomfort to us.

I had a very pleasant stay. I had a concern regarding my existing booked room. So the resort manager upgraded to a better room at no extra cost. The resort manager and all the employees were courteous and made our stay more memorable.

Good stay. The staff and management is courteous. Highly recommended. Food is a bit expensive. Pool is nice.

The place is a bit far from the main city but worth staying as it is a decent property with an amazing view.

The property was absolutely perfect for the family. The staff were courteous and took care of our needs. When we reached the resort it was already 3. 30pm and they even let us have lunch even after the lunch time has ended

Staff is good & helping. Stayed in cottage which was fine. Restaurant closes at 9:30 in the night with no nearby eateries. There is nothing much to explore in the resort.

Stay was average. The room was clean, but the experience was not worth the high cost. The pricing felt excessive compared to the value provided
