I stayed with my wife and daughter, Overall my stay was perfect however I would like to highlight few things can be improved. Restaurant service is slow, food options are great , there were more than enough varieties orin the Buffet we always had the option to order from the Ala carte menu. I would like to say a big thank you to Sangeeta from the buffet restaurant . She was superb, as soon as we entered the restaurant she attends us with a big smile on the face. She know her job very well. Cleanliness- Room cleaning was done every morning when we leave for breakfast. our room cleaning guy Mr. Afazzudhin was the highlight. He always make sure our room is cleaned before we get back from Breakfast. He is a friendly and very professional I would give 5 star for cleanliness. Hassan & Family

I had been given a room designed for disabled people. The bathroom having metal handles all around, sink at my knees level , too used, too old, bed like at floor. The room located near activity room and near the exit, so I can hear everything, too noisy. Also, i could hear all water flushed from each room . It’s a worst room i had ever in my life, like hospital room. No view , nothing good about it at all. Also the booking without a breakfast. Really it doesn’t represent 5 star hotel. I am requesting a refund.

Excellent from ravi at the restaurant. And chriswin at the bar was very helpful and courteous. Very good stay. The locality is good not very busy. It was on our way home from airport quite convenient. Plenty of restaurants nearby also if we want to try differnt cuisines

The staff are friendly. The suite rooms are perfect. I don't think the hotel restaurant is bad, so I'm satisfied. Convenient for long stays.

The hotel left a very mixed impression. On the one hand, it is absolutely charming - the design of the hotel, the rooms, the courtyard - all this touches and immerses you in an atmosphere of rest and relaxation. On the other hand, there are a lot of disadvantages that can outweigh the advantages. For example, the rooms are very cold even when the air conditioner is off. And in general, air conditioners are constantly working everywhere, so I did not get out of a warm sweater with a hood. Didn't like the food. I understand that this is India, but usually large hotels also have a European menu. Here, too, there were options, but either peppered and spicy anyway, or a la fast food (pizza and burgers). In general, if you are a gastritis, an ulcer, or for some other reason are limited in nutrition, then you will have a very difficult time. The staff is very arrogant (not all of course, but the general mass), there is always a feeling that you owe them something. Well, the last little remark, speaking about the attitude and sensitivity of the staff: we arrived on my husband's birthday and did not even hear the banal ”happy birthday” at the check-in. First time like this. Usually they will at least verbally congratulate, as a maximum they will treat you with cakes)

I recently stayed at Fragrant Nature Kochi, and it was an incredible experience! My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with an amazing view of the backwaters that I could never get enough of. Dining here was a treat. The food was exquisite—especially the Kerala dishes, which were bursting with authentic flavors. The rooftop infinity pool was one of my favorite spots, offering breathtaking views over the backwaters and city. I also tried the Prana Wellness Spa, and the Ayurvedic massage left me feeling completely rejuvenated. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay, offering thoughtful recommendations for sightseeing and always greeting me with a warm smile. The location in Fort Kochi was perfect for exploring the local history and culture. I’d recommend Fragrant Nature to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, history, and relaxation in Kochi!”

Spent 3 days at Brunton and enjoyed every single minute of being at the property. Located in Fort Kochi, Brunton is next door to Fort kochi water metro station and the ferry point. The property is very neat and clean and staff is very freindly. The restaurants, Armoury and History located within the hotel are brilliant. Special mention for Kevin and Abin at the restaurant. The breakfast spread was amazing with chef's special for the day ***** with south indian idli-dosa, choice of eggs, breads and what not. Totally loved the breakfast and choices it offered. I opted for the sea facing room which came with a balcony and bathroom overlooking the sea. The complimentary heritage walk around Fort Kochi and the sunset cruise organised by the hotel should not be missed. All in all a beautiful experience. Can't wait to go back to this property again.

Hotel is more suited for business travellers as nearby corporates offices suggests. As a solo leisure traveller the hotel was not for me, in terms of sightseeing etc with everything futher away. Breakfast and dinner selection was somewhat limited but nice food. Prakash the waiter served with care and efficiency. At the Spa on one of the nights there was no one there at the reception to take queries as the one and only therapist was engaged with an appointment! So what does one do wait for hours to be atteneded to? As a sign suggested i left a message for a call back for an appointment, but got none.

What we greatly appreciated was that while the furnishings were traditional, the amenities were modern and contemporary. Owned by the biggest name in the antiques trade, mr. Majnu, who became a dear friend by the end of our stay, each spacious room is individually designed with artefacts reflecting its character. Alan at front desk and all members of staff were courteous and attentive, ever-ready to help. The location, on the waterfront, is in the heart of the old jew town of mattancherry, with the parades i synagogue and dutch palace a stone’s throw away. Its waterside restaurant is popular with in-house guests and walk-ins alike. Highly recommend this hotel!
