I recently stayed at Napier Heritage in Fort Kochi with my best friend's family, and we had a fantastic experience. The hospitality was outstanding, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff was attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. We tried multiple cuisines during our stay, and each dish was a delight. The flavors were authentic and delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of our visit. The combination of great food and exceptional service made our stay memorable. I highly recommend Napier Heritage for anyone visiting Fort Kochi. It’s definitely a must-stay for an enriching and comfortable experience.

Amazing experience. Neat, Clean and well maintained properly. Staff is very good .Out side of the hotel you get transport and there are restaurants walking distance. Overall perfect............... Every day evng Kathakali is going...that was so Amazing.. overall superb

Overall experience at napier heritage is really good. Beautiful location, very good rooms with pool view . Good food and service. And rooms was neat and clean .Staff's are very friendly and professional especially Gokul,Akshay,Rijesh.

Very good location. There were mosquitoes in the room -- too many! The rooms are closed, without any view at all. The Dutch rooms are like basement. Even the room next to pool has a window opening next to a wall. Service quality is really poor. If you ask for something it takes hours. We asked for kettle at 8pm and it arrived at 11pm when we had already slept. Basic linen and toiletries. There's a tiny pool where people smoke, make noise while play music on speaker at 12-1am in the night and even after couple of requests you manage to get the music turned down (not turned off) they keep splashing around and talking and laughing loudly in the middle of the night in the pool right next to your room. I do not recommend this place for more than 2K INR per night (as per the date of this review) unless you have no other place to stay. It was a huge disappointment. Also, we were told there's no restaurant, on phone we were informed there's one. They do room service though and they don't serve liquor (in case you would want that) and there's no liquor store close by, but if you can buy from elsewhere they said they allow in the room. No place to lounge or sit except a few chairs in the veranda where you anyway can't sit as it will be too hot and too many mosquitoes after evening. Average small hotel, just cashing in the Fort Kochi and "heritage" name. You would be better off with some of the home stays.

Best place to stay.clean and neat,the food was so yummy.The staffs were very kind.feels like second home,it's close to every tourist attractions.. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay... ...................................❤️

Wonderful stay at this heritage hotel.hotel is ideally situated for exploring fort Kochi on foot..staffs are all super friendly and helpful and the service is spot on it.Neat and clean rooms.the breakfast and other food is excellent...highly recommended

Was nice experince.. the ambience awesome.. i cant belive that its 250 yrs dutch.. its so good. Location is very good. The food.. especially the sea foods.. special thanks to chef..and thanks to all the staffs for the memorable day... definitly i will recoment ro my friends
