Impeccable service, the staff was very polite, friendly and helpful, excellent and , very spacious and modern room, clean, very organized everything. Due to my second booking at the hotel I was given a bigger room. All thanks and gratitude to the staff.

Everything about this hotel is super starting from the welcoming staff and cleanliness. The breakfast was delicious and had varity of dishes. All the staff are professional and took care of everything. They put in thier consideration the guests and making them feel comfortable. The rooms are spacious and had comfortable beds. My family loved the stay in this hotel. You are great, keep the excellent work up. Thank you.

The stay was very comfortable and the staff were polite and friendly and responded to all our requests. Really enjoyed the roof top pool and the wonderfull breakfast buffet. Had quite an issue with WiFi but the staff tried their best to make our stay comfortable.

Amazing friendly staff, rooms spacious and everyone was really accommodating! Very grateful for everyone's service here! Also in a well located area, easy access to ubers and food choices readily available within walking distance. Lovely experience

Wonderfully Maintained & clean Rooms .. Ambience is great, we liked a lot and we might recommend to our friends & cousins as well. Food : Idly could be improved, other items are good. Pool: Pool area is very clean and well maintained. Staff: Hospitality of all the staffs here are obviously great..

I'm Really happy with the service provided by luxo kochi. Will definitely recommend to my friends. I loved the ambience as well as the food. Rooms were fully cleaned and safe. I found the place full of peace. They have swimming pool to chill out. Wonderful experience.

The place was very nice and welcoming overall. There was comfortable with friendly staff. The rooms were nice though a little bit deep cleaning could have been beneficial. The food was delicious and they had a nice variety of options. The location is also central to all the shops and bakery and banks.
