I stay in here for superjunior d&e concert. Near from venue, staff friendly and good location

Great location and a great stay. The room was very clean. The view from the room was beautiful. The breakfast was very good. The staffs were helpful.

Hotel Okura is very prestigious place with Japanese emperor frequently visited. One of the big conglomerates Pre world war 2. 1 year ago, Japanese emperor had visited Okura Kobe. However, it has been subpar to say the least and overpriced. Cleanliness (Stains in a lot of spots) As you can see from the photo. There were stains at bathtub. When I asked the front, they said it is inevitable due to how long it has been used. Even the washroom inside Okura had stains and dust, which is very concerning considering it’s price point Location (Good for sea views but bad for tourism, walking and traveling) The location for sea view is amazing and it’s near haborland and BeKobe. However, Meriken-Oriental park also offer the same sea view + direct port for ferry with same price point and better cleanliness. The big problem with its location is it is far from everywhere else. Some tourist spots such as Kitano Ijinkan, sanomiya city center, waterfalls and herb garden. The JR is at Shin-Kobe which is around 15min taxi. Walking is pain the ass, as front entrance is only for cars, in order to walk, you need to go through one of the three sub-entrances, which requires you taking elevator or walking stairs The location is not bad but there are hotels with better location such as ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe. Directly under the shinkansen, 5 min walk (one street) from kitano ijikan and one straight line to waterfall and herb garden. The service was also fantastic. Service (Amazing, but can’t really speak English) The only thing going for the hotel with this price point was its service. Everyone was really kind and helpful, very professional. I have seen several times staffs were struggling with English speakers but aside it’s amazing. Amenities. (It got the regular stuff but lacking minor stuff like weight scale, free newspaper etc which gets offered at same price point)

Sheraton is a very safe international hotel chain, he has a certain standard, in the Marriott system, is the positioning of the senior brand. Who doesn't love hot springs? There are hot springs without going out, which is great! I like it here, because it is rare. I traveled alone in Japan. The people in this hotel did not discriminate against me, an Asian woman who stayed alone (I checked the online data, and the Japanese really treated foreigners differently! It turns out that I am not just at Dayuan B&B, The Ritz-Carlton Osaka and Mandarin Oriental Tokyo have suffered) At Sheraton Kobe, everything I encountered this time was civilized and courteous, thank them for letting me continue to love the Sheraton brand.

Stayed a couple of nights in this Hotel on our recent trip to Japan and it was the best of the lot. From the moment you are greeted at reception on the 17th Floor the service you get is excellent at this hotel. The room was a good size and the 3 of us had enough room. It was very clean with a great bathroom and a wonderfully powerful shower. The supplied cotton pyjamas were so good we ended up buying a set to take away. The breakfast was very good, a standard buffet with Japanese items available as well. Plus its the only breakfast I've had where sparkling wine was available. The terrace bar is also based on the 17th floor and has a great view of the city and a good selection of Japanese whiskeys and cocktails. We had dinner one night at the steakhouse which served us with the best Wagyu beef we had in Japan. If we are in Kobe again we will stay in this hotel. The staff were very attentive and always did their best to please us and the quality of the accommodation and the food was excellent.

Written in the resort and title in Sannomiya. It is a hotel that feels like a small 々 large scale. The sale is lounge. You can drink coffee tea for free. Coffee has a nespresso and you can drink latte (the machine of nespresso looks like an espresso machine. But please rest assured that it is a nespresso.) The atmosphere is good. Lighting is also considered to be good in the morning, daytime and night. I didn't ask for breakfast, but it feels good to see and is good for quality. This is a resort feeling. 1,500 yen. This price range also feels like it is aimed at between Vijiho and luxury hotels. Overall good because it is a new hotel. Location - There are many delicious shops around. However, it seems that it is a little far from the station... JIM-I don't go. This side is also between Vijiho and luxury hotels. Personally, it is the best if there is a hot water pool, but if you go there, it is a luxury hotel or... I stayed in Rem plus Sannomiya directly connected to Sannomiya station. Both are new hotels, and the price range and strategy are similar, but I personally like this Royal Park. Which is a cool strategy for young people. However, the convenience of the location is definitely better.

The reception looks presentable but the room was quite old and toilet was really small. Will consider to try other hotel on my next visit to Kobe.

This is a restaurant that will not disappoint you. You can come here without any worries. It is exactly the same as described on the website. Facilities: Complete facilities, comfortable living, the room size is just right, and the sound insulation is good Breakfast costs 1,400 yen, with a wide variety of items. There are shopping malls around, and you can walk to the American Garden, Kobe Port, and the pier, all very close.

We had a wonderful 1 night stay a few months ago before tourism opened back up. Highly recommend this place for people who are into more private, chill time. Loved the concept of this ryokan because instead of shared baths there were numerous choices of private baths throughout the property! Each needed to be booked in advance for a 45 minute session. They had an online reservation system but I think it was only in Japanese (my husband's native language) so I can't comment on that. Our room was fantastic; modern and huge, but still had charm. I think we were in Suite 13 which had its own private bath which you could open up the huge windows to a nice tranquil view of greenery. I liked that the entry had a super long hallway which helped with any noise (so quiet!). Personal touches such as selecting a complimentary gift (small drawstring bag) and fruit tray was noticed and appreciated. They were also very helpful to find us a restaurant to eat dinner at on a Sunday night (since we opted to not have the course dinner) - it was a delightful local meal ran by a married couple! I wish I remembered the name but it was izakaya home cooking style and so delicious. The breakfast on property was AWESOME. I opted to get the Western Style and my husband the Japanese. Such presentation and variety and a perfect start to our day. We would definitely be back to visit this place. They made us feel very welcome and relaxed! Arigatou gozaimasu *bow*
