Location is really good 5 - 10 minute walk from the train station (sannomiya) and ikuta jinja. Their is also a matusya right next to the hotel that is 24 hour, so it is perfectly for breakfast and dinner. There is also a lawsons 30 seconds away which is very convenient. The room was very clean and the amenities were very good too. The staff at the front desk also spoke some English, which made the check-in and check-out much easier, plus it was 24h too. I didn't have any issues but if you do the staff will be able to help you.

The B Kobe is fantastic. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is great! I will definitely stay here again and I am recommending this hotel to all my friends!

It's about a 3-minute walk from Kobe Sannomiya subway station. It's closer to the east exit of Hankyu Station. The service is very good. They greeted me when I entered the door. What touched me even more was that my Suica card couldn't be used on my first day in Kobe. The person who checked me in at the front desk happened to be Chinese, so I asked. I came back around 11pm the next day. I passed by the front desk and she quickly recognized me and called me. She told me that she would ask for me. The trip ended quickly. [Snickering] If it hadn't ended, my legs and suitcase would not be able to bear it. I climbed Mount Rokko for two consecutive days, and climbed the castle tower of Himeji Castle barefoot. I felt sore from walking. Next time I come to Kansai, I will go to Kyoto, Nara and Uji for a walk. The original itinerary for tomorrow's Aquarium Kaiyukan... I didn't make a good plan and gave up. In addition, the hotel breakfast is a standard Japanese buffet. There is a convenience store next to it, and there is also Coco Curry. I will stay here next time I come to Kobe.

I have stayed in hotels of this brand many times, and basically there is nothing I can fault except that the rooms are a little smaller.  In addition to the hot springs on the top floor, there are also free ice cream bars and drinks, as well as free massage chairs (15mins), which is really enjoyable! Although the ramen is not top-notch delicious, it is so unforgettable that you must rush to have a bowl🤣 I hope the supply time can be longer

I went by car, but the affiliated parking lot was full and I parked in the nearby coin parking. There are many parking around the hotel, but I struggled to find it because there are many steps. If you use the train, I think it's good because it's near the station. The room is semi-double and compact. The bed making was clean. Somehow there were a long hair on the bathroom wall, a few hairs on the wall before sitting in the toilet seat, and ３０ centimeters in the bathtub. The toilet cleaned sheet was pasted, and the inside of the bus and the wall were dry. I can only think I wiped it with a used towel... It's a bit creepy. The bedside and outlet are about １ｍ away in a semi-double 1 room. All the lighting was convenient because it was possible to sleep.

The reception is at level 5 of the building. Location is really near the JR Sannomiya station and there’s a supermarket in adjacent building. They provide Kose face products and other amenities at the counter during check in, different types of teabags and drip coffee at the restaurant opposite reception (and even a wine dispenser machine). There’s a fun chess set outdoors beside the restaurant. The room is basic but big with a sofa inside, desk is a little small. Was initially disappointed with their check in time at 5pm but they allowed me to check in at 4ish and even brought my luggage to my room! Great service!

Room is smaller than expected. Hotel reception is located on 2nd level and need to search for it. The hotel location is surrounded by JR station and Hanshin Railway station.

Interior that women seem to like. Good with a calm atmosphere. Easy to use with slippers and pajamas. Equipped with lotion and toothbrush. The bath was also relatively large and good. It was difficult to understand the location of the electric switch. Walk a little from Sannomiya. Shin Kobe station is also the nearest, but it is good to come from Shin Kobe because it is down, but it is not recommended because it goes up the slope for about 15 minutes from the hotel. Breakfast is great. It seems to fit wine. Spinach mousse, salami, scallop carpaccio, quiche and French toast are also excellent. There were also types of tea and honey syrup was prepared. No cuts in the cake!

The hotel is old and all facilities are old. But the cleaning is neat and there is a free shuttle transfer to the station in the morning, and I think it is reasonable from the price for accommodation. But breakfast was the worst. All of them were frozen round, and there were shumai and Akashi Yaki in Kobe, but Akashi Yaki and soup were tasteless. The juice described as 100% orange is a type of machine that is mixed with water and discharged, and the orange is almost lost and only colored water. There is no 1500 yen in that content. It was very unfortunate.

Plus, the air conditioning was amazing—it kept the room nice and cool, which was perfect after a day out exploring. **Diverse Atmosphere** I also enjoyed the diverse mix of guests, including many travelers from abroad, which added a fun vibe to the place. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making me feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel in Kobe! With its great location, free parking, and comfy rooms, it’s a lovely spot for anyone looking to enjoy the city.
