A atitude de serviço da recepção do hotel é boa.
Mas a localização do hotel é muito remota, não há nada por perto e você só pode comer no hotel. Os quartos do hotel também sentem que já viram dias melhores. A piscina no quintal ou o banheiro estava cheio de água e eu queria tomar banho, mas o esgoto estava muito turvo. Não tirei foto porque fiquei muito intimidado. Ocasionalmente, há vestígios de fezes de pássaros nos lençóis do hotel. Se você não se importa com isso, pode morar aqui se quiser encontrar um lugar limpo. Foi muito tranquilo mesmo. Mas a experiência é mediana. Eu não deveria ir novamente.

This room is not ideal for a hijabi because it lacks privacy as it opens straight out to the pool, so people can you see you when you’re out in the pool / through the glass doors. So I would not recommend it. However, I guess it’s pretty great if you don’t have to worry about being covered haha

Great hotel to just relax and chill. Staff were all fab as was the service. Pool villa was great, right on the beach with a fabulous view. Ate in the restaurant every night and had some good Thai meals. Tiki bar was good for watching the sunset during happy hour.

Good hotel with wonderful beach. Overall in good condition, can be recommended. Only restaurant takes advantage of isolated location with high prices. And don't book any excursions with hotel, also rediculous prices (book in small village close bye).

Had a fabulous last 4 nights here to end our 6 weeks stay touring Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. We booked it looking for a relaxing chilled out beach stay and that's exactly what we had. Great welcome when we arrived, we booked a sea view pool villa which had everything that we needed. Stunning sunset views from the Tiki bar at happy hour then onto the restaurant for some great Thai food. There is a shop and restaurant just outside the resort as well. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely would come back to this excellent little jem.

Lovely little resort in a quiet area. Not much to do if you’re with children but fine if all you want to do is read on the beach. Rooms are a little tired and the whole place could do with a revamp. Staff really lovely and helpful. Restaurant was okay and bar location great. Could be an amazing resort but really needs some attention to details and work done on the gardens and pool area.

I reserved two beautiful sea-facing rooms with the resort but due to some personal crisis, I wasn't able to continue with the booking. The management was immensely kind and understanding with the entire cancellation process despite of the consequence it had on their future bookings. They were prompt with their response as well as professional with their behavior. The resort management also initiated a detailed personalized survey with me to understand service/product demands that customers can potentially have to help them perform even better. This additional detail really made me realize how sensitive and welcoming the staff is to their customer's needs. On the basis of their service and conduct alone, I would definitely recommend everyone to chose this resort for their next trip!

Just back from Koh Yao Yai and wow, what a chill spot! This resort is the definition of peaceful – right on a gorgeous beach, and it's so quiet you can hear the waves all day. Everything was super clean and comfy, making it easy to just relax and enjoy the views.
The staff deserves a shoutout too. They were always there to help out, super friendly and knew the area inside out. Made my stay smooth and fun.
If you're looking for a getaway that's all about unwinding and getting away from it all, this is your place. Can't wait to go back
