We stayed short notice for one night a d were very positive surprised by the very friendly check-in, the clean cosy room with modern features, but the best was the breakfast with a very sumptuous selection including a pancake machine, great selection of bread and cold cuts and nice fresh eggs. Great value overall!

This hotel is much too expansive for what they offer. The cleaning, etc is done only at your special request untill 9,00 at the front desk.I stayed 10 days - no serious cleaning, no new towels, no new bed sheets,not enough toilet paper, soap , no garbage taken away. Because of that the seawing system is not functioning in the proper way.Many tourist put the garbage in front of their doors.The breakfast too expansive for what they offer. It is the first Ibis Hotel which disappointed me.

The room was spacious and comfortable and had a newish feel. The shower was good. However in other ways the hotel was disappointing. It has a confusing layout due to sharing the building with another business and you could not access reception from the staircase nearest our room but there were sufficient emergency exits. Unlike some other Ibis Styles hotels there is no hot drinks machine for guests to use downstairs so you have to buy any drinks from the bar. there is also no evening catering whatsoever and we didn't find that much open in town when we arrived on the later side. Breakfast is not included as standard at this hotel.

Nice new fresh hotel in the heart of Klagenfurt. Nice helpful staff, specially at the bar. Breakfast was good Ibis style. Comfortable underground parking (15.- EUR). But there's also the parking house just cross the street, can be cheaper.

An excellent experience from a very professional team. Upgrade the room, efforts to make our stay very nice, we were very well welcomed and so on. Very clean, nice decoration of rooms, nice bar, and nice people. It was a pleasure to be there, we felt very good and we will go again. Location is excellent, near to everything you need.

Room clean but no fridge or tea making facilities. Breakfast was a disappointment. No croissants, pasteries or cake. One breakfast we went after 9, one just before 8 and both times none left, we were told by staff that they were all gone, they werent replenished. As breakfast runs until 10.30am, find this totally unacceptable. I emailed the hotel, I received a reply saying they had new staff who may have been overwhelmed. I expected more choice the following day after I'd emailed, especially as we went over an hour earlier. This wasnt the case. I emailed the hotel again to let them know my disappointment, I did not receive a reply. I'd stay at the hotel again but wouldn't waste our money on breakfast, I'd eat elsewhere. My husband spoke to reception regarding how awful breakfast was but was told there was nothing they could do.
