Very impressive hotel lots going on lovely staff thanks to Erin a victory good food a drinks a cocktails all free 24 hours has its own pier with bar a loungers lovely pool splashback and sea view rooms free mini bar in room very clean a comfy beds. Good entertainment kids clubs we was family of 8 .5 adults 3 children and we all loved it

We came this hotel for 10 days and it was amazing for us. The food is really amazing you can find everything in there. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch , including a beautiful pool area and well-equipped fitness center. Entertainment was good.

We came here with my family a couple of days ago. For now, i need to say çok teşekkür ederim Özge for karşılaması ve iş tutkusu ve Eren for his entertainment darts game. All the activities are wonderful and funny. What more, all the shows are çok iyi!!!!! Özge every day is asking how is our vocation, is any problems and what she can do for us to make it better. Thats really sweet!!!

Pool and facilities all very good and all staff and people are all nice, especially eran. Water slides are good for all ages and everyone can use them with a variety of slides. Rooms are very nice and comfy beds with the maids always tidying rooms very well leaving it always clean. Food is nice but is the same thing most times

I really liked the hotel. We came here with a couple and were pleasantly surprised by the service, food and service at the hotel. There were some points that I didn't like, but they can't compare to the full assessment of the hotel. Guest relation employees helped in everything. I especially want to mention the employee Aidan, who was able to translate us at the right time and help with a small problem in the location of everything. Thank you very much to the Hotel for the good service and interesting animations. It was very cool and unforgettable. We want to come again

the animation and the food are perfection and the rest also. the hotel personal is very nice and friendly and they help a lot. when we arrived they were friendly and helped us directly. the hotel itself is very big and very nice looking. everything is clean. there are many pools for kids. the staff also does some games in the morning.

I visited this hotel for the first time and it was between 01.05 - 08.05.2024. i did not expect much as this booking was done two weeks prior to departure and i had choice between two hotels. First at arrival i noticed the helpful and friendly receptions staff, specifically i want to thank (Siven) i hope i did not mispronounce the word as he helped with early check-in. During my stay i had chance to meet the GM Mr. Nesil, great manager who is involved in the well-being of guests, that i did experience myself. I have nothing but respect to the bar staff: to deal with the quantity of work and keep friendly is fantastic. most of my time i did spend at the beach and had a great time. One observation i had was that there is great coffee place next to the beach where a friendly girl makes fantastic iced-coffees. Only on the last few days i walked around the hotel and noticed that there are separate villas, Lake-houses, that i booked for our last day stay. if i will have a chance to visit the same hotel next time, definitely will go and book a lake house for the whole stay. Shortly regarding food: everything was plenty and every day there was something new to taste, specifically i do like fish, and that was fine, at the beach, hotel had grilling stand. there was one small thing that bothered me thou, as it was dinner time, all the hotel rushed to hall and of course there was a problem finding free table, however this can be avoided just by going to diner 15min later, so thats fine. so in conclusion if anyone would ask me how was the hotel i can surely answer - i suggest it to You, the staff is fantastic! forgot about the SPA, i had massage in the spa, and it was unexpectedly good, in good faith i can suggest "Ali"!

During the holiday with my friends, we had great fun thanks to the animation team, they are very friendly and sincere. Daytime activities and evening shows were full and fun, wherever you look in the hotel, you can see someone smiling, especially thank you very much to the animation team for their interest in us, I hope to come again.:)
