On a first time staying at this place was confused to find the room...I liked that they have employees on golf carts day and night and i felt secure.

Nice newly renovated villa, no balcony or laundry in the room, it is accessible on the same floor and laundry detergent is provided and free to use. Parking, fitness and pool access included. Waterpark is not included unless you are an owner or do the time share presentation.
The resort is in a good location, close to restaurants, parks and shopping. Walmart was right across the street.

A disappointing experience during my stay. Broken AC made my Saturday night a nigh**are. Had to change rooms at midnight , some delays and no help from the staff with the move. The rooms are very outdated , smell musty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The front desk employees were helpful in helping me find another room, but do no appreciate the lack of updates regarding the AC. I reported issues around 4PM, and there was no follow up

Overall the place was really nice spacious and lots to do unfortunately some of the amenities advertised such as the water park were not free and should have been in the description that it was separate but instead they used a picture of the water park to gain more customers

The property was conveniently located near theme parks and shopping. Parking was secured. The property has many amenities and activities such as mini golf, crafts, yoga, paddle boats, etc. The bathroom cabinets and telephone buttons could use replacing since they look like they've been chewed on. A lovely perk was it has its own free washer and dryer in unit.

I did not receive the room I paid for which was a room with balcony and hot tub instead I received a villa with no balcony and no hot tub when the room I selected showed photos of both

Room and resort was very clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room had a very strong bleach smell when we arrived. We stayed in the studio, and it was a little outdated and very small. Some of the power outlets did not work in the room, the night stand did not have an outlet to charge any devices. The TV is small and is tucked away inside an armoire. Hard to see while laying in bed. The shower did not have sufficient water pressure. I will more than likely stay again, but will upgrade to a larger room next time.

My room is so dirty, there are bugs all over the floors and no they’re not ants. The grout lines are so dirty they’re completely black. there is urine down the front of the toilet and toothpaste, all over the faucet and sink
