The staff and atmosphere was great. I felt welcomed. It was beautiful a view of the city and surrounding areas.

Everything was great. The beds are ‘so-so’. The towels are amazing. Breakfast was great. I did not like that housekeeping bangs on the door at 9am.

Overall not impressed. All the bedding smelled musty. The sink was making a gargling sound and had stuff coming up from it. Also the toliet kept running all night. Definitely not worth the money.

Staff members were knowledgeable and friendly. Location was easy to navigate from. Hotel has convenient store, friendly staff and good variety.
The breakfast has the best selection and lots of choices. Rooms are comfortable.

Property is a nicer Embassy than other ones. Everything was good except these few things:
- Bathroom is old, needs to be updated
- Bedding needs to be better (and it was stained even after exchange)
- Some employees were rude

This is a great place to stay for families. My children really enjoyed the breakfast options. The staff was friendly and the location of the hotel is perfect.

I would book this hotel again. The Disney World shuttle isn't convenient as it only runs twice a day and you have to book in advance. The free hotel breakfast is the best hotel breakfast by far.

We asked for a kettle for our toddler and we could it get that as we have to wash sterilize bottles and our son was sick so we needed something to cook his meal.
