This is the place I’ve been looking for. The USA is filled with chain hotels on stroads that all look alike. Contrast that to any European walkable town that has locally owned hotels in good condition that actually have some personality.
That’s this place. We loved it! Stay here!!

Very nice mid-century themed lodge. I was in a pet friendly room with easy access outdoors to the road. The interior rooms (not pet-friendly) offer a better experience. There is train noise at various times throughout the night.

Wonderful retro property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very neat and clean with appropriate retro mid-century furniture. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

A delightful place to stay. If you are just passing through and need a place for a night or two it’s fine. The retro feel is done nicely. Check in was easy and service was just fine

Me and my partner enjoyed our stay for tge post part.Great staff and very helpful. I also enjoyed the retro vibe of the hotel. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep.

I enjoyed the stay. It is close eateries - but don’t count on a late evening. I stayed in a single room w/double/queen bed - not large but I was pleased. My only concern is that there is not 24 hour desk service if you ran into any issues. I did not need to check, but I’m sure there must be someone to contact if there was a problem.
