Property is poor Its terrible.I was there on 3 -4 may in Voyage valley view room .All fixtures of bathroom are loose no mesh over drain The whole room was obnoxiously smelling in spite of room freshener spray The room lights are in sufficient.Funny coloured all linens and blanket cover.In Our bath room the running water was problem which was not in other but it was corrected but it again happened in morning and again I had to call them to correct in the mean time I had used other one Food was good Staff were cooperative but they are also helpless if owner is not interested in improving the property Room was without TV Teamaker WiFi To sum up avoid to go if other options are available

Stayed there for one night , Owners were there to help us , they are very supportive persons , feel like a home , food was just awesome, view from thier hotel veranda was brilliant , room was warm and big , very comfortable stay , the Staff were very active .and shubham bhai is very helpful guy. They must have intercom or something to contact reception or restaurant.

What an amazing place it is..felt close to nature....i and my family we enjoyed our heart out at samaa....the food was also so delicious...and having hot served food in this beautiful nature was just something else. Thanks to the owner for the warm sweet welcome.

This stands out as one of the few good hotels in Chitkul when possibilities are taken into account. Pros: - Good View: ensure book mountain view room on 3rd or 4th floor - Kitchen inside; so can order food - Good service; ***ager is helpful Cons - No Lift - Older building; hence, small, poorly ventilated lobby - Needs Maintainence; Encountered water supply glitch on last day so dint get hot water supply on time. but can be ignored. This not a hotel , it is ***aged as a lodge or guest-house. Rooms are stinky, old , and completely different from the online photos . Room service was very poor, it take them more then a hour to deliver food ,only after 2 reminders. Ruined Synthetic plastic flooring , hard mattress, broken tiles in bathroom, poor furniture and this list can go on forever. Only saving grace was it's food . This place needs urgent makeover.

Amazing location,great view, good Hospitality,yummy food, can add bad warmers..one can feel really close to Nature ...snow covered mountain,...soothing sound of flowing river,morning starts with bird chirping...greenery all around..in total 4.5/5..
