Premier Inn Dudley (Kingswinford)

Clean hotel and friendly staff - having the bar next door is a great bonus. Highly recommend

I have stopped at the kingswinford premire several times every department has been good very clean hotel smells clean excellent food in returant and bar and restaurant staff very helpful and when greeted at reception by Kara she could not do enough to make our stay prefect this is about the third time I have stayed at kingsiwnford, the first time Michelle on reception made us feel welcome just the same as Kara did, I have also visited the premire in stourbridge I would have loved to have stayed there and have a meal there but the service was non existent I was extremely disappointed and was so pleased that the first premire I ever stayed at was kingswinford otherwise I would never have stop at the premire going on the service at stourbridge, I really feel that both Kara and Michelle could do with a bonus because if they make other people as welcome as they have made myself and my family it needs to be noted, my only thing that I feel is bad with the Kingswinford premire due to the fact that McDonald's entrance and the premire entrance uses the same road it is sometimes difficult to get onto the premire car park I'd mccdonalds has a big que the kingswinford premire could do with a second entrance but once again I praise the staff of the kingswinford premire.

Brilliant stay. Bed really comfy. Big Thank you to Liz for helping me to book my room. I was having trouble booking online. I live local so I popped in to see if someone could help me to book. Liz helped me to book it online. She was very helpful. She is a credit to your company. She also moved rooms for me as I was on top floor and I don't like lifts. She moved me to a lower floor. Nothing was too much bother for her, so Thank you Liz

Stayed here a few weeks ago after a shool reunion. Beds were really comfy & rooms were clean. The welcome at reception was reassuring as an out of town guest & kara was very helpful & knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

The room I had was very tired and dated, I’d say 2 star at best. I rang before I arrived to ask for a quiet room away from the road, on arrival I found I was in the front which is a boy racers paradise. Luckily the room was pretty quiet thank god until the family from hell arrived in a room next door. Letting a child bounce off the walls from 10pm until midnight isn’t great when you are up for work at 6am. I visited the reception and was told the family were leaving that day, load of cobblers. She just said that to get rid of me as the family were still there the next night. The one staff member I would like to say what a great job she was doing is Michelle, always helpful and friendly. Another slight problem was the extractor in the bathroom going all night even with the light off. I have to say this is the worst Premier Inn I have stayed in and I’ve used quite a few and not just with work. It didn’t even have anything purple in the room.

I recently stayed at the Premiere Inn Kingswinford, I had a lovely stay, hotel very clean, staff all very friendly especially Kara the reception who was very knowledgeable about the local area and helped arrange a taxi for me.

Over the years we have regularly stayed at Kingswinford, the hotel is lovely and so is the restaurant. There is lots of parking and the staff are welcoming. It's very close to Dudley zoo (one of the reasons we stay) There is also a McDonalds next door incase you want fast food

Our stay was for one night and we chose Premier Inn Dudley for several reasons, location for our visit, great price and the knowledge that Premier Inn normally have good service levels/room quality which this Premier inn certainly lived up to. Free parking is always a bonus, reception staff were super efficient and friendly. The room more than lived up to expectations, bathroom looked as if it was freshly decorated, the decor/cleanliness of the rest of the room was spot on and as usual the bed was super comfy

Excellent room, requested ground floor and allocated with no issues. Great staff on the desk and willing to help without being prompted. Will return in the future.
