I was just disappointed of the initial checkin as I got in my room my request was never made. Very simple. I ask the 2 single beds to be combined to make it bigger. But nope.
The late checkouts despite of willing to pay extra was just as it is. I could pay an extra night if I have to if they said so but no.
We were from night shift of work and finished at 7 am that we got to the hotel at 7:30 and after breakfast few minutes of rest then we slept off. We got a call at 11 telling us about the checkout and told them I have already asked for the late checkout for extra charges but its only for 2 hours. Nothing more. The attendant started banging the door telling us to checkout as she needed to changed the sheets and so on and so for. We find it really rude.

Stayed here on a Friday night before our son’s wedding in Patrington. Outside area seemed family friendly with picnic benches and play area. All rooms on ground level. We were allocated a room miles away from reception. It looked ok but smelled of smoke ( think someone had been smoking hanging out the window as the windows opened wide.). After complaining we were moved to a room opposite which was lovely with a thick new carpet. Very comfy bed and good tv and the room had a nice temperature. Bathroom ok with good shower and big thick fresh towels We ate at the hotel restaurant and it was quite good. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Would recommend for an overnight stay on transit.

Great greene king in hull with hotel free parking large outdoor space and park reception big and friendly staff room very spacious 2 single beds wardrobe desk and TV with seating and tea coffee facilities bathroom clean and adequate don't expect the ritzy for the price pub good food at reasonable prices and not very noisy so u can have a good night rest I will be returning soon

Excellent service, food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Friendly and polite staff. I would recommend this restaurant to friends and family. Definitely will be returning to try out further meals on the new menu. Thank you

40% rude (male) staff over cooked food chefs say there’s nothing wrong with it!! £5.49 for a garlic mushroom starter really?? Look at it!! Can be very noisy through the night especially (Thursday night) no security to stop people accessing the rooms/corridors! Rooms very out dated cleaners only remake beds & not change them shaving point don’t work in the bathroom tv loses reception this might be a budget hotel, but there should be better standards.

I first went to the Kingstown Hotel last year, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, so I came back for another weekend this year from the 29th untiI the 31st March, and although this is one of the only few hotel holidays that I enjoy doing (as I'm more of a caravan holiday person), I feel like that this place is one of my second homes to me. I'm looking forward to hopefully coming back again in the future and saying hi to all the lovely staff at the Kingstown Hotel and the Wacky Warehouse. I definitely felt like a big kid at times too! lol I would also like to say a massive big thank you to the team for leaving me an Easter Egg for me in my hotel room on my second night.

We have been coming here for many years and in general enjoyed the experience, however. We visited on Saturday evening after a long and found the food and service very good but have to comment on the state of some of the seating, especially the benches. They are very worn and tatty and in need of repair. If that is sorted then the place will be back to its best.

Staff very welcoming as soon as we entered the pub. Shown to a table straight away even though we hadn’t booked. Bar staff were very friendly and helpful when we ordered food. Meal was good, especially dessert! Table service was excellent as always!

Room lovely and clean. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant is lovely. 100% would recommend and I will be staying again in the very near future! The bath is a full size which was great as when I have stayed in a travel lodge the baths were quite small.
