Me and husband will always go back to shilo Inn. We go to to killeen to visit my dad. Its my favorite place to stay. The staff is awesome They jave a great Team.

This has to be the worst hotel room I have ever been in. Pool was not available which is my fault for not calling and asking before booking. It was the only reason I booked this hotel. The tvs are old box tvs. No extra towels or pillows. Everywhere I stay there is more then 2 towels in the room. Also extra pillows and covers in the closets but not here. Really nice size room so the window air is not strong enough for the while room . I have no idea how this is a 3 star hotel. Maybe when it was first built

Stayed here twice in a week for a total of 4 nights. None of the property amenities were open. No restaurant, no pool, no spa, hot tubs, pub, period. The entire hotel emphasis was on recoating the parking lots. Signs and reminders everywhere. While all the time bigger health and safety issues were overlooked. The entire city was under a boil water advisory closing and limiting restaurants and businesses everywhere. Yet the hotel never notified guests, gave out bottled water, closed ice machines, etc…. Everyone that stayed here could be impacted. Bad management!

It was a comfortable stay. My first time with this hotel brand. It's clean and nice and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I didn't have any issues. I would stay again if I am ever back in this area.

It was Ok. The restaurant and bar was closed for remodeling. That happens but we had no notice. Our holiday plans needed to be changed. The hotel didn’t offer breakfast or minimal accommodations for a continental snack. They could have offered something!! We stayed 4 nights with no room cleaning service offered.

Staff was great. But over a 100.00 a night you would think the hot water would be over the charts, we got luke warm water. Coming into the building from side door... ceiling tile water damaged....just not worth over a 100.00 a night hotel.

We booked this hotel for the breakfast which was on the website. They no longer have it. We had a group of 15 and we all were so upset. We just learned a lesson to call the hotel just to make sure they’re actually have breakfast in the future.
