Location and price very good. Staffs also nice and very big for the public area. Kitchen, dining room & living room also comfortable. it has two lovely dogs always walk around. so cute. overall is comfortable place. good for short staying in Killarney

I had the pleasure to stay in a very cozy and stunning private apar**ent which made it really worth. Highly recommended and surely you will be amazed. Staff were very friendly and helpful showing us around which made us feel very welcomed. Definitely coming back!

Amazing hostel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are cleaned well. The location is right in the heart of Killarney and close to many shops and restaurants. Breakfast is included in the cost of the dorm and the common areas are very cozy. They also have bikes for rent which are in green shape and offered at a good price. Best of all, there are 4 adorable dogs that hang out in the common areas.

Fully equipped and clean kitchen it’s nice, free food which is also nice. Rooms are clean but we didn’t like the fact that the bed are made of wood (more chances to have bedbugs- LET BE CLEAR THERE IS NONE). If you are at the last floor internet doesn’t reach your room and you might have to go outside of your room to have any. The sheets were clean and the is a plastic matress cover. Shower and bathroom are clean, hand towels and bath rug changed ever day. The water of the shower is very hot and have to push the button to have water (many many many times). The coffee (coffee shop)there is also very good. Fresh (free) chicken eggs which we loved. Only weird thing is that in the backyard there is a couple tents !?

Cancelled my booking for my 30th birthday (which was made 5 weeks ago)just because there was 8 in my group. Its obviously not welcome to any groups only singles and couples. Avoid booking here if more than 2nin your group

I went to this hostel last July (2022). It was amazing. The people were very friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds are great. They help you and give information about what to do and to see. Its only now that I have travelled to a lot of other hostels that I fully realise how great it was over there. I will go back there in the future!

We booked a room in January 23 for May 23. We received an email in French confirming the booking. 4 days later we sent an email in French to cancel the booking. The hostel never answered and finally the hostel is charging us for the room. After 2 phone call and 2 email without any response, the hostel pretends that they didn't understood the cancelation email in French (they never replied to ask for an explanation in English). In conclusion : an hostel who makes zero effort to communicate with his clients and is just willing to charge for no reason people who cancelled 5 months before their booking.

Wouldn't normally leave a review on many things negative but in regards to the level of intimadation and uncomfort made feel felt had to share! To the long haired boy and red hair girl staff working there - their whispering comments were heard! For a hostel thought would have made my family more welcome but with dirty looks given by members of staff like kids should be ashamed - the hostel itself could have more hygiene protocols but apart from that nice & local - the music was most unpleasant but if staying short term fine.

Environmental friendly, ecological, cosy and clean hostel. Calm and lovely backyard to chill out, Comfy beds with a curtain for privacy, 1 bathroom and toilet for 6 people, kitchen well furnished and have enough room for 6-7 people cooking at the same time.
