We stayed here for two nights in February. The Hibernian is a beautiful hotel. Spacious room. Really helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner were lovely. Such a central location. Will definitely be back. Kilkenny is such a beautiful friendly city.

Hi just spent April 29th till May 02nd in the hotel. Can’t complaint the staff enough especially at breakfast. They were pleasant and very helpful. The rooms where well cleaned when requested and towels supplied. Would definitely consider returning

I can honestly say Nicola who served food and drink was absolutely lovely, friendly and happy to speak to. The chap that served near the end was lovely but I don't have his name. Ciabiatta was beautiful

Just had brunch in the Kilkenny Hibernian. Was 10/10 prosecco was flowing, service was great and music was brilliant. Great atmosphere, will be back! Nicola one of our servers was excellent! Fantastic time!

We stayed for a girls weekend in Kilkenny - What a treasure. - Perfect location - Fantastic Rooms everything you need to get ready - We had a a beautiful breakfast both mornings love all the little touches, Dinner was great too, We ate so much on the first night I didn't make it out. Definitely would recommend if you want to see the true Ireland and have a great break

My wife and myself went for lunch here on the 29th of jan. Food is fab well worth a stop off and we were served by nicola in the restaurant. She is a very bubbly and out going. Excellent food and great staff, we will definitely be back
