Pequenos detalhes de manutenção a corrigir , room 357 : torneira da pia do banheiro solta e armário do quarto com porta rangendo . No mais perfeito.

We haven't stayed here for a long time, probably since our 2 boys were very small. We always thought it was expensive. When you look it up you would probably say the same but when you arrive you see that the money you pay has been put back into all the hotels' amenities. Staff,pool,bar, and breakfast all excellent we didn't have dinner in the hotel we had booked other places with family to eat before arriving. It felt and looked like Christmas time there. The whole place was decorated lovely and ands to the whole stay the park at the back our 2 boys loved we had to walk it every morning after breakfast. We will be back for sure and would recommend it to everyone. Keep up the great work 5/5

Food was horrendous couldn’t believe what we were given at dinner barely cooked meat and chips left most behind us very over priced €104 for a family of four no drinks the breakfast was only ok the hot food wasn’t great barely ate it we were kept awake all night because of a crying baby walls paper thin check in is so late 4pm for a family hotel and the Jurassic closing at 6 not much information given was never told about a small games room located on the second floor found out an hour before check out from another family Jurassic website states closed Monday and Tuesday however open for hotel guests which we only found out from other guests also just disappointed in general as paid enough for one night and had two very tired parents and very grumpy over tired children for a two and a half hour journey two stars for Jurassic being enjoyable

After staying in many hotels around Ireland, this is by far the best family hotel we've ever experienced. From the warm welcome from Mack in reception, to Amy in the restaurant looking after our daughter each night, the staff went above and beyond for us. In addition to the wonderful staff, the facilities really blew us away. The outdoor dinosaur park, the indoor playrooms and pool area, this hotel is a must visit for anyone and everyone. Thank you for such a memorable stay for my partners birthday, we really look forward to returning.

Wonderful stay in the hotel. Check in was seamless, very efficient and quick. We arrived early and we were not expecting our room to be ready but to our great surprise it was. We stayed in one of the suites on the 4th, it was beautifully decorated with a hot tub on the balcony! The room was spotless and cleaned very promptly each day Staff are wonderful and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Ordered a cocktail and it was ok, however I ordered another and it was made by a guy called Shane-amazing cocktails, he could teach a few others his tricks! If you are staying in the hotel, make sure to ask for Shane to make the cocktails if on duty, you will not be disappointed! Food was beautiful and presented well, portions are substantial and worth the money. Coffee and cookies became my mid afternoon snack and these went down a treat. Overall a wonderful stay in a very welcoming hotel with great staff.

This hotel is fabulous due to its attention to detail. From the moment you walk in the door , you are treated very well. We had a balcony room that was quite large and very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious in a beautiful setting. We would definitely come back!

The beds were the most comfortable we slept in during a three week trip! And, the pillows were also the best of our entire visit! I loved Newpark, the setting was lovely and the staff were so hospitable! If I ever go back to Ireland, I will make it a point to stay there!

We went to the hotel for a spa treatment and to say it was fabulous is an understatement. Sergio was my massage therapist and he was so good,I was so relaxed after it I felt almost like I could just go and sleep for the afternoon. The relaxation room exceeds all. I would highly recommend the escape spa in the newpark Hotel

Today I had a back of body massage with Amy and it was one of the best I've had. She is very professional and made sure to pay more attention to any of the tighter areas I had. I would highly recommend this type of massage, and to ask for Amy if possible:)
