Khaolak Paradise Resort

Beutiful Hotel situated in a beutiful location. Rooms and facilities are of a high standard. Food very good. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault it. The rooms are large and well appointed. It has good beach location. The resort consists of about 30 separate rooms so it's never too busy and has an informal feel about it.

Amazing hideaway spent 5 nights here after travels g Thailand and it was wonderful from start to finish . Breakfast is beautiful anything you want they can do , right on the beach and so quiet and many guests on the 2nd , 3rd and more visits . Staff all great and always happy to chat no fitting for sun beds on the beach or round the pool . We used the spa service excellent Walking distance to khao lak and restaurants on route . Would highly recommend this place

Amazing resort, small and well laid out, excellent service, good menu, breakfast on the terrace. Can’t say enough positive about this place. Easy access to the town. Beach, pool, jungle all in one. 2nd visit…back next year. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough.

We were only guests of the bar and restaurant, but we would still recommend the hotel 120%. We were also given a short tour of the hotel, which further underlines our rating. Here guests are still guests and not just a commercial number. Here everything is not focused on quantity, but on quality. We are coming back.

We spent our last 5 nights of a 2 week holiday in The Khaolak Paradise Resort. It was pretty much perfect! As the title states, there are lots of steps and steep bits getting to and from the lobby and some of the rooms towards the back of this place. But - even though I am not the most mobile - that wasn’t an issue as the benefits of staying here outweigh the issues with steps. We were upgraded to a larger “jungle” room. It was huge and had everything you want for sure. Comfy beds and all rooms (I think) have a balcony. The aircon works great and the only issue we had was the fan making a noise at night - so we switched it off as you don’t need it with aircon. The grounds and gardens are beautiful. We saw the garden team every day, making sure everything was great. The housekeeping team were also excellent. In fact - every member of staff were superb. Our first night was the Thai celebration of Loy Krathong - so there was live music followed by the whole staff doing some type of entertaining, be it dance or just saying hello. The rest of our time here flew by, even with us doing little more than lounging by the pool or on the beach. The pool is quite large for a resort like this - and you can get some cheeky locals sharing the pool with you! (Water Monitor Lizards) … even though there is a lovely pond with plenty of fish right next to the pool. The food is excellent, with a very good breakfast buffet. There is a happy hour from 4.30pm … with 40% of many cocktails and beers. If we ever return to Khoalak … this will be the place we stay. Their airport transfer is also very reasonable. Thank you to all at Paradise … it certainly was Paradise for us for 5 nights.

I am writing this review as myself and my husband and friends visited the restaurant, while we were staying nearby. We could not fault the staff, who made us so welcome each visit. A special Thank you to Wit, a first class host and waiter. He ensured everything was perfect for us. The food was tops.. we loved everything about it. We have the best memories from our visits in this paradise setting. Our best wishes to you all. Donna, Rod, Katie and Ben.

From start to finish, this is a piece of paradise. Thatched bungalows set in the tropical forest, with lovely staff and a quiet beach. The room was spacious, private and comfortable. The restaurant on the beach serves the typical combination of western and Thai food with a generous breakfast and a pleasant seating area at the bar.

Amazing boutique hotel right on the beach but within its own jungle feel too! Rooms were amazing wooden traditional Thai lodge. Bar, pool, spa and staff all amazing very friendly and good value for money. What a lovely hotel would highly recommend to other couples

Stayed here october 23, excellent location at end of beach so not too many people walking by, one restaurant with good standard of food, excellent service by all staff, rooms well cleaned everyday, gardens and pool areas well maintained, nice pool, quiet resort at this time of year, helpful reception team.
