Grand Holiday Villa Hotel Khartoum

Just another scary service experience. Ordered a coke and a water at the snack bar at the pool. I am one of 3 customers at the pool w three staff. After 15 minutes I still had no drinks. I spoke to the host asking where my drinks were. He laughed and apologized, walked 10 meters and opened the fridge and grabbed a water. Sad.

Historic old hotel in the centre of the city. The lobby looks nice. It has a large outdoor pool, which is great for hot days. Unfortunately, there's little else to recommend about the place. Service is poor. In my room, the air conditioner dripped water on the soggy carpet all night, the bathroom fixtures were damaged, and while there was plenty of water pressure in the shower, very little water actually made it to the shower head. The safe in the room didn't work. The restaurant was mediocre and extremely overpriced. The five star rating is a joke and must be self assigned.

Отель очень старый и давно нуждается в ренновации. Мебель старая, из душа течёт грязная вода, желтоватого цвета. Завтрак очень скудный, ну просто совсем беда: я ел варёные яйца и хлеб. Вай-фай слабый, связь постоянно рвётся. Единственным плюсом отеля является открытый плавательный бассейн и неплохой тренажерный зал.

Исторический отель. Находится на набережной Нила. Номера просторные, тоже исторические. Wi-fi работал хорошо. Персонал приветливый. Отель хоть и с историей, но хорошо отремонтировал, чувствуешь себя вполне комфортно.
