I was on a trip. A great place to rest after a busy day unless you go a place in the center. The restaurant is delicious- enjoyed the perfectly cooked meat and dessert. The room is clean , quiet - what is necessary for sleep)) I left early in the morning , so I didn't get to breakfast. But on the respiratory evening, they offered to make lunch boxing by the time of early departure - so I took advantage of this option. I definitely recommend other travelers.

Booked a room via booking.com 27.04 at the Viva HOTEL in Kharkov, 7.05 sick and passed the COVID test, contacted the hotel staff and warned about cancellation of the trip. The girl on the ricepshen politely offered to transfer the dates of the trip to another date and still do not cancel the booking. Booking was transferred to 14.05-15.05. 12.05 There were positive results of the COVID test and the next day 13.05 I contacted the employee by the phone indicated in the contacts, and explained that we could not come soon for health reasons. Also specified how I can cancel the booking without losing money, on which the girl asked not to cancel the booking, but to transfer the dates. After my stories about poor well-being and unknown consequences of the virus and unwillingness to postpone dates, I said I would cancel booking in the usual order and no penalty amounts would be removed. I made the reservation cancellation and I was removed from the full amount of the room cost on the same day, and the amount on the next day. 15.05 I contacted the hotel staff and asked to explain the reason for the withdrawal of money, which received the answer that removes BOOKING and they did not. Although I understand the penalty money falls to them on the account!!!! Further, Anatoly or Anton ”administrator” offered me to deal with BOOKING as they are withdrawing money and did not even try to offer compensation or adequate customer-oriented solution. Mol wanted to come, You have booked, you have sick, you have called and you have not understood what you wanted, you have canceled the booking, What do you want from us???!!! This is a service? Is this hotel waiting for guests? You do you want to pay for air? You are bad, you are here! Questions: - In the correctness of the hotel workers? - to the reputation of the hotel? It is a new kind of earnings on the residents who could not come, I am already silent about the reasons. - to the correctness of the withdrawn amounts? There is no explanation for what 2 amounts were withdrawn - how to return illegally withdrawn amounts? - where the guarantee that the amounts will not be withdrawn yet, is there little for what? - where protection from confidential data - the card number is available for the withdrawal of unclear money!! We use your booking.com more than 7 years, traveled all Poland, Belarus and visited many hotels of Ukraine, with such pigment faced for the first time. For my part, I will try to leave a review of this Viva Hotel in Kharkov in any service, may be useful to someone. with respect, Marina

I stayed in this hotel 2 nights. Location is great, just few steps away from the main square. They gave me a room on the 13th floor tat was nice, as I had city view. Truly speaking when I booked this hotel I didn't know what to expect, it was so cheap compared to the other Ukraine cities that I visited...but I was very surprised and happy of my choice! Room was nice, clean and spacious. They provided water, soaps, and also other accessories like brush for the shoes etc. The furnitures in the room are not the most recent ones but when I travel I look mainly for cleaning, quietness and location in an hotel, and this hotel have all this. But anyway as I said I was positively surprised by the room and the hotel itself (common area are nice too). Maybe the mattress was not the most comfortable one, but for the price I paid I think it was more than ok. At the receptions they can speak english, but they are not really able to give suggestions on places to see etc, they just give you a map. They always refer to the concierge. On of them (a young man called Andrei, or something like this) was really nice..he helped me to find on the map the places I wanted to visit and gave me suggestions for the visit of the city and restaurant. I didn't try breakfast and the restaurant. They can also arrange transfer. They can keep the lugguage while visiting the city after the check-out. Great value for price. If I would recommend this hotel? Yes!

Residing very quickly in two rooms . The child was taken a separate standard . We met a cute and huge cat Persic on the respiratory is the chip of the hotel. There is a spa, but we didn't have time to visit. Hotel 4*. There is an elevator, convenient for luggage . Rooms are clean and spacious. Cleaning is daily . Zatrack is a Swedish table, everything is delicious. Mini-bar is paid. From small downsides - view from the window to the private sector and old broken houses , unexpectedly when the curtains opened. But the hotel is here, I think, I would like more green and balcony. But it is Harkov, here plants are a little in the center except for the parks. We were in March , everything was gray and dark . Little champagne for 2 people . We didn't put. I didn't want to ask late. We had 2 rooms and 3 people Family with a huge bath and a shower standard, mini cosmetics gave 1 person. But there are disposable hairstyles, shower hats and tooth counters with toothpaste, for those who forgot. The safe problems - the code didn't work, gave the key , not very convenient to carry with you. Staff polite, welcoming, greeting and smileing, young. It's pleasant . Food is normal, delicious, there's coffee from the apparatus, would like a regular oven for breakfast . Small minus: wallpaper - in some places worn and grey , on the connectors, the seams are glued not very qualitatively in the bedroom. And small children 's blankets , really small as in kindergarten , - there was little , the feet looked , if a big man , there would be little at all. ))) Despite these small minuscules I want to return. I wish to finish these little things and more guests.

This was an excellent hotel in a convenient location in Kharkiv - very close to the best shopping and dining in the city, and walking distance from the center. The rooms and the suites are very large and very comfortable, with nice amenities and everything we needed to feel at home. Every staff member was phenomenal. Everybody spoke very good English, and they were all so sweet and eager to help with anything we needed. The housekeepers did a great job as well, as we returned to a spotless room each night. The lobby bar is open 24 hours per day, and we ordered late night room service one night and had a great experience with that as well - it arrived hot and the portions were huge. We were debating between this place and the Palace Hotel, and I can confidently say there is no reason to spent twice as much to stay elsewhere. Overall we had a great stay and found this place to be an excellent value; would not hesitate to stay there again.

Comfortable, comfortable rooms, chic mini bar at acceptable prices, good repair, beautiful interior, compliance with quarantine standards, friendly and attentive staff, and breakfasts are just great, delicious Swedish table, affordable prices !!!! Cleaning in rooms qualitative, magnificent SPA complex, smoke room, New Year's interior! READ ALL AND ALL ♥️♥️♥️ I think further the cometry is inappropriate I want to express LOVE Thanksgiving to the staff, administration and management of the hotel!!!! The clear work is impressive, people work with love for their business! The husband lost the barset, all with understanding and quickly found the missing 🤣🤣🤣 ! The room liked, very comfortable. Plus: clean, stylish repair, quiet, responsive staff, normal price, spacious room, toilet and bathroom separately, large bed with a comfortable mattress, extra pillows, safe, air conditioner, heating (unfortunately heating has already been off), large plasma, coffee machine, tea, coffee, tea, sugar, cups, glasses, water 0.5 litres, in the mini-bar refrigerator for an additional charge. In the bathroom : 2 set of towels of 3 pcs, two coats, 2 set of single-time slippers, shower gel, body cream, shampoo, air conditioner, soap all for 1 pcs. Breakfast (from 8.00 to 11.00) is included in the room cost, served in the room, Order of dishes for the choice the night before the evening or 20-30 min before the arrival - in the morning. Minuses: No parking (parking on the carriageway where the place was found), no restaurant, but the administrator has kindly found us a delivery of dinner to the room. The impression is wonderful, the downsides are not worth the attention, we will be happy to stay in this hotel. I recommend.

The hotel itself is right next to the metro, so no issues there. A quick ride up to Derzhprom and the centre, where all the bars and cafe's can be found. Also the very nicely renovated parks and fountains! The hotel itself looks well past its prime and in some places looks completely abandoned. Some groundskeeping and a little TLC for the bottom floors would certainly help. The entrance is spartan and there appear to be some unfinished shops by the reception counter. The staff speak good English however, and are very cheery. The rooms are spotless and very clean, the shower (although a little leaky) was decent. Nice big windows for a view over the city and BBC/other western channels on the TV. No breakfast was seemingly available however, which seemed odd for a large hotel - perhaps due to lower numbers in the pandemic? Very good value and I would visit again, depsite the external appearance of the hotel. A good loaction and clean well appointed rooms.

I will first explain the reception staff. They are friendly and helpful. I canceled my reservation several times due to the pandemic. They were always understanding. And when I stay there I saw. Really the staff are very good and sincere. How is the hotel? This hotel is a new hotel. I stayed there on a very cold winter day. It was -10 degrees outside. But The Rooms were Really Hot.This is a huge feature. The rooms are clean. The room has a mini bar, air conditioning and TV. The hotel's restaurant is still under construction. Soon their restaurant will be ready. Obviously the hotel is not in the city center. You have to walk a little bit. Or you can call a taxi. You can pay 50-80 UAH. The only problem is there is no market near the hotel. But already you will always go to the city center. There are no scenery or parks around the hotel either. But what do you expect from the hotel? I had a pleasant stay and slept well. When I go to Kharkov again, I will prefer this hotel.

This was an excellent hotel in a convenient location in Kharkiv - very close to the best shopping and dining in the city, and walking distance from the center. The rooms and the suites are very large and very comfortable, with nice amenities and everything we needed to feel at home. Every staff member was phenomenal. Everybody spoke very good English, and they were all so sweet and eager to help with anything we needed. The housekeepers did a great job as well, as we returned to a spotless room each night. The lobby bar is open 24 hours per day, and we ordered late night room service one night and had a great experience with that as well - it arrived hot and the portions were huge. We were debating between this place and the Palace Hotel, and I can confidently say there is no reason to spent twice as much to stay elsewhere. Overall we had a great stay and found this place to be an excellent value; would not hesitate to stay there again.

The room liked, very comfortable. Plus: clean, stylish repair, quiet, responsive staff, normal price, spacious room, toilet and bathroom separately, large bed with a comfortable mattress, extra pillows, safe, air conditioner, heating (unfortunately heating has already been off), large plasma, coffee machine, tea, coffee, tea, sugar, cups, glasses, water 0.5 litres, in the mini-bar refrigerator for an additional charge. In the bathroom : 2 set of towels of 3 pcs, two coats, 2 set of single-time slippers, shower gel, body cream, shampoo, air conditioner, soap all for 1 pcs. Breakfast (from 8.00 to 11.00) is included in the room cost, served in the room, Order of dishes for the choice the night before the evening or 20-30 min before the arrival - in the morning. Minuses: No parking (parking on the carriageway where the place was found), no restaurant, but the administrator has kindly found us a delivery of dinner to the room. The impression is wonderful, the downsides are not worth the attention, we will be happy to stay in this hotel. I recommend.

Comfortable, comfortable rooms, chic mini bar at acceptable prices, good repair, beautiful interior, compliance with quarantine standards, friendly and attentive staff, and breakfasts are just great, delicious Swedish table, affordable prices !!!! Cleaning in rooms qualitative, magnificent SPA complex, smoke room, New Year's interior! READ ALL AND ALL ♥️♥️♥️ I think further the cometry is inappropriate I want to express LOVE Thanksgiving to the staff, administration and management of the hotel!!!! The clear work is impressive, people work with love for their business! The husband lost the barset, all with understanding and quickly found the missing 🤣🤣🤣 ! If you are looking for the best for yourself, then definitely it is Superior Golf and Spa Resort! Service, atmosphere, the best in Europe SPA, delicious restaurants and Ukrainian raucous! If it weren't for the case, we wouldn't have left this complex! Living in Switzerland, I can definitely say that you wouldn't think about the European service - in Superior better! Definitely go to the park of the bereez wreaths to Paul, to massage to Oxana. Try the most delicious chess at the Albatros restaurant and the cheese of the ice! And still-necessarily visit the fitness hall - super equipment, unreal trainers! If in Kharkov only our favorite Superior ♥️

The hotel itself is right next to the metro, so no issues there. A quick ride up to Derzhprom and the centre, where all the bars and cafe's can be found. Also the very nicely renovated parks and fountains! The hotel itself looks well past its prime and in some places looks completely abandoned. Some groundskeeping and a little TLC for the bottom floors would certainly help. The entrance is spartan and there appear to be some unfinished shops by the reception counter. The staff speak good English however, and are very cheery. The rooms are spotless and very clean, the shower (although a little leaky) was decent. Nice big windows for a view over the city and BBC/other western channels on the TV. No breakfast was seemingly available however, which seemed odd for a large hotel - perhaps due to lower numbers in the pandemic? Very good value and I would visit again, depsite the external appearance of the hotel. A good loaction and clean well appointed rooms.
