H2O Suites- Adults Only

I had a wonderful stay at H2O. My favorite part was the rooftop pool. The bartender was lovely, and made a delicious sangria! Ge was attentive and helpful! The happy hour up there is a plus! The suites are small in my opinion and slightly overpriced for what they offer but I did enjoy my stay. The staff were very nice, and made us feel welcomed. I recommend to couples or singles for sure.

WE chose this hotel because its away from the Duval St. party area in Key West and its adult only. The staff was super helpful, courteous and kind. The room was spacious and well arranged, the private pool was beautiful and convenient for morning , daytime or evening swims. The pool had a built in bench was nice to sit on in the sunny part of the pool. Our room # 7, had a pool out of view of other guests, but this room was on the end /corner and right next to the staff cleaning storage area, and the conversations and noise from this storage area was quite obvious while we were in the pool in the daytime, not an issue for the evening, and the heated pool had lights that were on at least until 2am. There was also an nice sliding wall between the bedroom and bathroom creating some privacy . The room entrance exterior sitting area was not very private, as the staff would be constantly walking by the entrance area to the room on the way to the fences staff storage area. Most of the staff would stop and let us pass, so we were not inconvenienced but it was a busy path. As far as preference room #7 is better than rooms 1-4 where the private pool area was in the view of the courtyard, and any guests walking by. The courtyard was convenient to leave by the locked back gate, to the bikes, scooters and the closest restaurants. Inside the room the free bite sized dove ice cream bars and cold water bottles were really appreciated. There was a deposit required to cover any consumption of the soda, liquor and snacks that were in the room. There was a reasonable selection of spirits, beer and wine as well as mix. One evening we came back to a nice turndown experience with chocolates and 2 large muffins for breakfast, with our Keurig coffee. I would probably recommend a sealed container or putting the muffins in the fridge drawer, because of any tiny pests that come with warm climates. There was an ice maker in the fridge freezer and a bar sink beside the fridge , a very nice addition. The towels were plentiful and much appreciated with multiple floor mats for both the pool entrance and the shower entrance, that was a huge plus. The room had plenty of storage, hanging space and a locking safe. There were also coffee cups and several glasses and an ice bucket to create your own drinks. Over all our experience was great, the room was lovely and the staff seemed happy to see us and offer recommendations. We also really appreciated the local relationships and promotions with other businesses , like the Tipsy Rooster and the Banana Cafe. We didn't spend much time at the rooftop pool and pool bar but did make a short visit for the happy hours to see the drink menu and take in the sites on the top of the parking garage where this was situated. We didn't use the Gym, but it seemed ok. There were only a few things that somewhat surprised us or were other than we had anticipated given the $1400/ night. Amazing, clean, quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to everything with a perfect location. Walking distance to all the top places on Duval Street. The rooftop pool was the best! Water and drinks were perfect! Bottomless mimosas made the mornings at the pool fantastic.

Very quiet even at pool. Close to everything. We visit boutique hotels and this is perfect but a little costly at $800/night. Great splurge!

This was hands down the most beautiful resort we’ve stayed at. Everything from front desk to turndown was amazing and beautiful 5 stars!!

Great place to stay, ultra clean, modern , large rooms, fantastic staff. Located at the upper end of Duvall so nice and quiet but an easy walk down Duvall St. We walked it a couple times a day.

This is an absolute gem. Beautifully appointed, very private rooms in lovely setting very convenient for restaurants, bars and beaches. Lovely rooftop bar and a real sense that they support your stay rather than just trying to make money. So many lovely complimentary touches, drinks, snacks and a gift. All the staff were very professional and friendly and a particular shout out to Shanieka and Quiana. Thank you. We loved it.

Excellent Adults Only Hotel. The best customer service, the rooms are spotless and the grounds are spectacular. Ours bed was exceptionally comfortable. We love the roof top pool with the bar. Definitely will return to the H20 again & again.
