. . . . well we didn't go !!!! I had planned to book a week there and so I wrote nicely to them (Reservations dept) and explained that we are a retired couple looking to stay for a week in the early part of September. I told them that we are flexible so any seven day period during that time would be OK. 24 hours later I had heard nothing but eventually I had a response saying that unless I gave them specific dates they could not quote. Strange! So, I wrote back and suggested the 9th of September. A sluggish response finally came in offering me a price which was 50€ MORE than I could book it on ***********. So I wrote back and said "that is stupid" after all you have to pay them a large commission. They never replied - so we won't go. The point is, that the booking desk is the most important depar**ent in any hotel and clearly the management do not have their eye on the ball which left me wondering what else they are letting slip??

Amazing new hotel with everything you need. Excellent food, service, spa, play areas for kids and even grown-ups (PS4, VR, table tennis, football table, game tables…). Definitely want to visit again :)

Wir hatten Gelegenheit das am 1. Mai 2023 neu eröffnete Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub zu buchen. Es ist ein 4 Sterne Hotel mit sehr moderner Einrichtung. Direkt am Balatonufer gelegen mit 120 Zimmern, welche mit hervorragenden Betten bestückt sind. Badezimmer grosszügig gestaltet. Es empfiehlt sich mit Seeblickseite zu buchen. Für das leibliche Wohl sorgt eine internationale Küche. Essen wird überwiegend als Buffet angeboten. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist bestens bestückt. Ein Highlight ist der Wellnessbereich. 6 Wasserbecken bieten in verschieden Temperaturbereichen Erholung. Zusätzlich Sauna in verschiedenen Varianten sowie ein Gymbereich erfüllen alle Wünsche. Kinderfreundliche Einrichtung mit Spielzimmer und Spielplatz im Freien lassen keine Wünsche offen. . Auch Hunde werden akzeptiert. WLAN in allen Bereichen sind für Geschäftsreisende ein Zugewinn. Grosszügige Konferenzräume stehen auch zur Verfügung. Parkplätze reichlich vorhanden, gebührenpflichtig, aber sehr geringe Gebühr. Da das Hotel erst am 1. Mai eröffnet wurde, sind die Aussenanlagen noch nicht alle in endgültigem Zustand. Es wird daran gearbeitet, ohne die Gäste zu stören . Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal haben uns den Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis gemacht . Kommen gerne wieder
