Seh unfreundlicher Restaurant Manager. Zimmer sehr veraltet und werden nur jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt. Die Cocktails in der Bar sind ungenießbar.

I been there for the 3 day, it was amazing time in this hotel. I been with my daughter, and we love animation team. Was so energetic and fantastic. Very open and communicating. Rooms been clean and fresh. Food very good. We recommend this hotel

Just looking to book a holiday and cannot believe this hotel is still open. I was in tears on arrival at this run down shabby place and could not get to speak to manager as “he was at a meeting”. I contacted holiday company and emphasised that this “hotel” should not be on their website. I cannot emphasise enough to people to stay away from here it looks like a run down hotel someone has bought and made up the beds to get bodies in.

Really friendly staff - very helpful. Huge hotel with plenty of space. Yes the rooms are a bit outdated but it was was clean and all worked fine for us. Good selection of food to pick from - we enjoy trying traditional food from the country we visit so if you’re not into local cuisine and only want burger and chips then it’s not for you!

Absolutely shambles, 1star for me . No fresh bedding no kettle not cleaned , pool was all mouldy and falling apart showers didn't work , food always the same . No internment, only thing good was the view was amazing. Never would I go here again , holiday wasn't the same but kost off all I enjoyed my self with the people I went with . Moaned at kn the baloney because people was loud. What do u expect on a holiday. No lift working, moody workers .

The restaurant staff was very rude because we come 5 minutes before they close The old man started shouting to us to leave where only just sat down to eat before 5 minutes Talking to us shouting like crazy his behaviour was afault to leave the restaurant because they want to close we not paying the staff overtime and I asking to leave we want to finish the food , I asking nicely but he start to picking we not work all ours life, we don’t know what is the work and continuing to arguing with us and shouting to leave only and yelling at me very rude This behaviour I don’t know how can accept ?? I am a lady and not kid. I went to the manager but the manager not even not cared he was all ready there liar about us and telling for the manager nonsense even the manager saying I am sorry what happent that’s it but not even not took folders and the old man was there and he said to me only I am saying to sorry but tomorrow if you be late or not respect the restaurant where we was and respect the hours but other hotel even you are late 5 minutes they still service because after us getting the money from costumer but so sadly what’s happened I am thinking about to take further action and I am gone speak my lawyer and I gone give to courts So disappointed afault

I do not recommend this place to anyone. We have read the reviews and thought it’ll be fine, but turned out, the negative comments are true! Broken furniture, dirty room, mouldy bathroom and corridor + leakege on the corridor which who knows where has come from, no coffee or a kettle can be found in the room, the telephone is not working, the pool tiles are in pieces, the staff is friendly as long as you do not complain. When we arrived the human dirt was all over the bar and the elevators, could not believe it, but my fiancé succesfully stepped into it and it was not cleaned until the next day morning then next day the explanation was that it came from a baby. This was at 11pm, I don’t know what a baby would do at the bar… We notified the staff during the night when we got the information that the poo is everywhere and our complaint will be handled the next day, so we had to stay at the hotel. In the morning we checked out and talked to the General Manager regarding the refund when he said we should turn to *********** because they did not receive our payment yet - which turned out to be a lie but they will of course compensate the days which we didn’t spend there - turned out to be a lie as well. He also mentioned that he is fully aware that it is NOT a 4 star hotel and returning to work there after 15 years, the place has not changed at all.. but to phrase him “what can we do at least we have the view” After several calls with booking, we visited the place again to get an official letter of waiving the cancellation fee, but the GM has started to shout and threaten to call the police if we do not leave his office. So altogether, it was a stressful and a complete waste of time, receiving 50% of the entire amount for one night.

I honestly hope nobody is going to book ever again after reading this review. I do not recommend to book in this hotel! We have checked this hotel on *********** with many -many bad reviews and yet we have decided to go and give it a try, worst experience ever regarding hotels. We have checked in, after we have realised that all the bad reviews are actually 100% true. The condition of the room is disastrous, the tiles are moldy and disgusting, the pool tiles are in pieces. In the elevator, I stepped into human excrement, which according to the reception manager is fine and it can be found in the bar as well and everywhere in the hotel and they were aware of it which is the “best part”. Despite this, it was not cleaned properly the next day either. We have checked out (or at least we thought we have - and left the hotel, (went to the reception 3 times, first they asked us to stay the night and talk in the morning- we have - next day we handed our keys asked them to check us out they - said all done.) We have also asked for a refund, we were told that they would not return our money - and after long phone calls with *********** - turned it took many phone calls for them to reach the hotel. They have lied to us saying they do not have the money, *********** has it - they did not checked us out so they can keep out money. We went back to have a conversation and the general manager was aggressive, raising his hand and slamming the door on us shouting to get out or he calls the police. The trea**ent and the whole experience - human dirt/ poop was everywhere, this is absolutely disgusting, therefore I suggest you to avoid this place for your own good health..

When you first arrive here you would be forgiven for thinking why all the bad reviews. Reception clean and tidy, staff really friendly but from then on you begin to see why the reviews are as they are. First of all, room. We had a room on the 3rd floor. Now, it wasn’t a total shambles, however it was tired and dated. Struggled to use the main set of draws all our stay as they kept coming off the runners, but air con worked, water was running and had a great view from the balcony. Shower curtain wasn’t white though and I’m pretty certain the colour it was wasn’t its original. WiFi connection in the room was very much hit and miss. Secondly, food. Now, in most all ins you find the food gets a bit boring but it got boring quickly here as most of the stuff seems to be the same from lunch to dinner, breakfast the exception which does have a good selection. There is also a pool snack bar, but again it it was almost the same thing day in day out. Things were cooked though, didn’t see anything that looked raw as in other reviews. Pools. Stay away from the first pool, it’s filthy with tiles missing and green slime/mould all around the edge. Use the pool nearer the beach, it’s much cleaner and has the entertainment like water polo(which was good fun) and the water aerobics in the morning. Beach. Not a sandy beach, if you’re thinking of using it then take water shoes as it’s all pebbles, you won’t regret it. There was also in two spots where you go to the beach slimy green water running onto the beach which stunk of sewage. Miscellaneous. The lift areas were a disgrace, dirty and kept breaking down. Toilets were disgusting, didn’t look like they ever get cleaned. The shop, massively overpriced. There is a small shop(if you can be bothered to walk up the hill) just outside the hotel that sells everything the hotel shop does at half the price. There are some good points of the hotel, most of the staff(restaurant excluded) are very friendly and helpful. Personally I thought there was a good selection of alcoholic beverages too and the views are breathtaking, but the whole place is very much needing some inves**ent because it could be a fantastic place to have a holiday as Corfu itself is amazing and I would definitely go again, unfortunately not to this hotel. PS, if you do get bored of the food, Street Bar and Food(again just outside the hotel) is fantastic.
