The rooms are quite well maintained. But the hotel concept is old, the air conditioning is quite cold. Only the hot water doesn't work

I stayed on August 13 in a Deluxe type room, here are my reviews: 1. Location The location is in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Tulungagung. To find food and souvenirs is quite easy. Just walk. 2. Facilities The hotel facilities are quite good for a 3-star class, there is enough parking in front and behind the hotel. - there is a meeting room - there is free wifi in all areas including the room - there is a restaurant, which has a kids corner on the 2nd floor. Minus there is no swimming pool, if there is this hotel is perfect because it could be a suitable hotel for families with small children . 3. Service The service of this hotel is very good. Because I see from hospitality all the employees are very nice. From the security guard outside to the staff inside the hotel, they always give greetings and always smile every time a guest passes by. I also have a plus in the FO section, especially to Mr. Rudi (FO Manager) when there was a problem in the check-in process due to an OTA error, the hotel was very helpful, especially Mr. Rudi to resolve the issue to the relevant OTA, so we can check in. The location is quite strategic in the middle of Blitar city. This hotel only has 2 floors. The room’s condition was quite clean and comfortable. Only the air conditioner in my room was not too cold. TV was available in the room with several local and foreign channels. Also provided in the room was some snacks, but must pay if you want to enjoy it. Towels and bath soap was also available. Wifi was not too smooth when I stayed there. Breakfast menu choices was also limited. This hotel has a large meeting room, so it can be used for various activities, such as weddings, seminars, training and others. I recommend this hotel as a 3 star hotel.
