O hotel é muito bom. Eu só passei uma noite lá por causa de um atraso de vôo, mas foi bom. Foi um pouco caro e o hotel é de estilo antigo.

Service was good, however I think someone had been sleeping outside my window, walls were so thin I could hear the people next door arguing and getting it on about 4 times. The room was relatively clean but looked like it had been repaired multiple times. It sufficed for its intended purpose but I have not experienced a stay like that before.

I’ve live in this area for years and it has really changed. At first I was skeptical of the area, but this is the best bang for your buck. Really clean and nice.

The hot water was not working in the bathroom when I arrived. Shower curtain was torn. Window was left open. Room smelled. Refrigerator was frozen.

Lot of hang arounds in the parking lot.
Bathroom floor tiles loose, key cards had to be programed multiple times because they wouldn't open the doors.
Very dated interiors. But the cost was was very reasonable

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I felt safe. The housekeeping team was great. Every night when I came home my bed was made, trash emptied and I had clean towels (even on Thanksgiving day). I would definitely stay their the next time I'm in town.

The staff is excellent!!! There was no change and I had large bills. couldnt leave a tip, and the girl deserved it.

We have stay at hotel a few other times and was okay this time the staff was not that good took money out of account for it's a incidentals before they have not toilet was plugged nothing staff could do had to ask for a plunger and do it myself. Maintenance was not there. Room was very small door on the bathroom was notched for the toilet would fit. Last time to stay there.
