There was no hot water for days. The manager was off until Monday
We could not use the pool
There was no phone in our room. Yet one of the front desk staff tried to call the room when my husband called. My daughter and I were at a Kent function outside all day it was cold
The staff that was working at midnight was wonderful
I have always stayed at the hamptons
But I can’t believe how this was Handel’s. How do you run a hotel days with out hot water. I had a non refundable room .

The room was very nice (updated)however only one channel worked on the tv. There wasn’t a blanket on the bed. And in the morning the shower was lukewarm at best.

Was not mentioned online that fitness center was closed for renovation; specifically picked the hotel for that reason. No hot water, had cold showers for two days. Continental breakfast advertised but more than half of items were not stocked, reason was told on back order.

Despite the do not disturb sign construction worker entered the room getting drywall dirt on all my belongings.
The contintental breakfast waa dirty and cold and unkept.
When brought to attention of staff, was unhelpful in resolving issues.

The first room they gave us the sheets were dirty. Breakfast was not restocked and waffle mix was water. Beds do not have mattress covers. Just the bare mattress with a fitted sheet.

Hotel was under renovation that we weren’t notified of until arrival. Key card system not working and had to be escorted to room throughout the stay.

This particular Hampton Inn was undergoing some remodeling and there was a big roll of carpet inside the main lobby. The hotel had no keys to any of the rooms to give the guests which created a safety and inconvenience. The coffee station was not maintained with fresh brewed coffee and the complimentary breakfast was pathetic. The most unsettling issue was guests with multiple dogs in their room and one guest was allowed to have (5) dogs inside her room down the hallway from my room. The smell was horrible and we complained to the staff and the manager. The guest was still allowed to stay with the dogs and we were moved to another floor and still no available room key. I will never stay at this hotel again. The towels were hard and they need to totally revamp this place with new management.
