You're going to LOVE the views from this stunning seaside home. The Seaview Cottage sits atop Seaward Cove and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Kennebunkport SeaView Cottage is our latest family vacation rental. With over 500 5-star reviews on our family vacation homes in the U.S. and Aruba, we're proud to add this exceptional Kennebunkport cottage to our portfolio of family vacation homes. SeaView Cottage is on 3 private, manicured acres and slope gently down to Seaward Cove and the Atlantic Ocean, with your own outdoor fireplace, a large group fire pit and your own private dock. Located just down the road from the famous Walker Point, the former U.S. President's family vacation home. You're just 1 mile to downtown Kennebunkport and Dock Square. From this wonderful home you'll enjoy the sights and sounds of a true waterfront home on New England's famous coast! After a day of swimming and sightseeing, you can enjoy an evening a barbecue on the patio and a campfire with family, friends, and fine wine. There are dozens of area restaurants, pier bars and cafe's that will charm you, plus shops, antique dealers, bike rentals, and live entertainment that will make for lots of fun and adventure. This 3000 sq ft home features 4 bedrooms and a bunk room/den. (8 beds total and a sleeper sofa. Sleeps up to 14), and 4 baths, plus a wonderful, private outdoor shower. Sea View Cottage features historic wide-plank wood flooring, 2 indoor wood fireplaces, a large seating island kitchen with granite counters, and a dining room with a fireplace. The custom slate patio has its own outdoor fireplace, lots of dining space and a large barbecue gas grill. Off the patio is an outdoor wood fireplace and a large fire pit overlooking Seaward Cove and the Atlantic Ocean. There's even a playhouse for the kids. Any time, except for extreme low-tide, the dock is great for fishing, swimming, paddle boating, paddle boarding, kayaking and happy hours! The home and grounds are professionally maintained, and the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. There is a Level-2 EV charger coming in June of 2024. Kim and I are available to you 7x24 by phone, text or -email. Please know that we welcome couples and groups of all sizes. Depending upon the time of year and availability, we may offer discounts to couples (parties of 2), especially for last-minute bookings. Welcome All: Please know that we welcome couples, families and groups of all sizes. We even offer off-season discounts for couples and last-minute bookings. A $300 refundable security deposit is required for all parties of 4 or less, and $500 for parties of 5 or greater. The base rate is for up to 8 guests, but the house easily accommodates up to 12. Rates will adjust accordingly when you enter your dates and number of guests. Why Stay Here: No utility surcharges. There is no 9% lodging tax for bookings (28 days in length or longer). No Booking Fees for direct bookings. Bath and bed linens are provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella is provided. The gift of time When you open the front door you feel right at home. The property layout gives you space and connection and everything you need is there. We cooked our favorite holiday meals in the well appointed kitchen. The landscape and the natural setting of deer and ducks, beautiful sunrises at such a peaceful time of year was a gift. A special place to slow down and enjoy the gift of time.

Fabulous family home and location! We had the most wonderful family reunion in this lovely oceanfront home. The grounds and views from the property were beautiful. The gracious hone slept all ten of our family members comfortably and we had plenty of wonderful indoor and outdoor space to relax and enjoy our time together. And the home’s great proximity to fabulous beaches and restaurants made our stay that much better. Mike is a wonderful and attentive host who answered all of our questions immediately. We cannot say enough great tho ha about our time in Sea View Cottage!
