Rooms are okay. It’s old resort. Buffet was so big and has so much options of food. Really recommend it because of its buffet only. Everything else is just okay.

I'm satisfied with the overall experience but it could've been a lot better. During daytime there aren't many activities that you can do besides chilling on the beach or by the pool. Rooms are average, pool is great, night entertainment is good, meal was bad, alcohol is 7/10. But the guys in the bar by the pool was awesome. They're very friendly, outgoing and helpful. Find these three guys and my other friend Halil to make you delicious cocktails.

Good hotel . Good location. nice staff .delicious foods. Good drinks .nice and clean pools but.....no night show!and this disappointed us Animation team was awful Please consider this and corect this There was electric motors next to hotel and could be used for city short trips.

It should be 5*, I'm sure 3* would be appropriate for this hotel. I am writing on the last day of my holiday and I have heard several complaints at the reception. I would like to add that today I also had a longer conversation with people on the spot at the hotel. During the week, I wrote a note that does not meet the criteria of the hotel: * Room - Broken and dirty lamp domes, balcony door (filmed, no daylight) lock broken which is a clear security issue, broken tiles in the bathroom. We ended up in a disabled room, there was no shower cabin because there was no curtain, the whole bathroom was full of water after the shower. It was not possible to attach the shower to the wall. There is no room for towels etc. in the room and on the balcony. to dry. In the spa, towels are not changed during the day, if wet, you have to wait until the next day. One morning there were no towels at the spa, they arrived after lunch. The bed is very uncomfortably hard (although I myself prefer a firmer mattress). Since our room is on the main floor, all the noise comes into the room. About 2 cm between the doors, when someone walks in the corridor, you can hear it as if in the room. All the noise from the bar comes into the room until late at night. What bothers me the most is the pan flute music, which is played at full volume before 7 in the morning and ends at midnight (Titanic and other soundtracks once an hour, same record) - everything can be heard in the room. * Cleaning - garbage was not cleaned from the floor (large, visible), bed linen was not changed (after making a note, only sheets, blankets were not changed, I asked again), towels had to be changed if I left them on the floor if necessary (the dirty ones were picked up, new ones were not put, I took them myself from the trolley), toilet paper was not put (I took it myself), nothing was added to the minibar during the week (there was nothing but water and soft drinks, but you had to add it if something was missing). During the week, I often cleaned myself and brought the necessary items. There are cardboard cups in the room instead of glasses, detergents in the bathroom leave something to be desired. *Restaurant catering - the same tasteless meal throughout the week, nothing changed. Yesterday was Turkish night, I expected that at least that evening there would be something about Rürgi. Usually the tablecloths could be at least for that evening. There was nothing that was typical of Turkey (from what is usually offered). Today we bought baklava from a patisserie, because we haven't seen it in a hotel yet. There are no local fruits, the only thing offered is apples and plums (once we saw watermelons, but we didn't have enough). No more food is added when it runs out. There were 2 cooks outside - one made fish (local, which no one wanted; once they offered grilled salmon, but there was a queue of about 30 people), the other made pizza (often so peppery that it was impossible to eat). This place is disgusting, they recycle food items, staff is unwelcoming, sometimes even rude, food is terrible, my son and I had diarrhea since the second day, only positive is the beach and the view, I would not recommend this place to people I dislike!!!

My spouse and I had an unfortunate experience at this hotel, which left us seriously ill with severe food poisoning, constant diarrhea, continuous vomiting, and dangerously high fevers. It was a distressing and uncomfortable ordeal that completely ruined our stay. We couldn't eat anything for two days, and only on the third day, we began to recover. This clearly indicates the inadequate food safety standards at this hotel, and I strongly advise against dining here. Currently, we are undergoing a medical check-up in Istanbul, and we will send the results to the Turkish Ministry of Tourism

A short stay at the hotel, but everything was good. Reasonably priced. The room was quiet, clean and had a view of the mountains. There were plenty of dining options. The Kitchen served good food and were friendly, well organized and check in and out was quick. Thank you

Reception is located across the main boulevard which you get to through a tunnel. Food was average to poor. Only the salad was good with good variety. The fruits were limited to plums,watermelon and apples. Coffee from machine is poor. Fruit juices is just ready sugary juices. Not from fresh fruit. Cakes all looked nice but were stale. Most food is frozen defrosted and cooked. The same food is available every day. But one day the fish is tasty. The next day it is tasteless. Rooms are small and facing the wall of another hotel. All night loud noise from the neighbour's air conditioning extractor fan which was kindly located on our tiny balcony area. We did not sleep well at all because of the noise. Some free alcohol and cocktails available. Turkish coffee is available outside in a coffee bar. Animation was poor. Very little entertainment that I noticed. The water slide is dangerous. My son (10) tried it and got bruised badly because of a steep part followed by a hard landing on a straighter part. Beach is packed. Very difficult to find 2 chairs together. Sauna is always packed. Hammam has children playing water sports in there. Mostly Russian visitors here. Staff speak some Russian but other languages such as English no. Room was dirty and had a bad odour that was being masked with some air freshener spray. The curtains had a dirty smell. Carpets are bleach stained and worn. Lift is very slow. Easier and quicker to use the stairs.
