Family holiday, first time to kemer. The hotel is amazing, especially the entertainment team, alot of games to play. Ahmet and the team where amazing for our stay. Ayfer made the best cocktails at the arena bar. All the staff are friendly would return again.

My wife and I had a great time. The hotel offers excellent Food and such a great Variety as well. The Pier is so nice, and it’s always clean and service is perfect. The Service at Nerissea was especially nice because of Mustafa and Hisar. They always made sure to fulfill us any wish and were one step ahead. The gym is one of the best hotel Gyms I’ve seen in a long time.

Honest review - the good & the bad Just returned home from a lovely holiday ☀️ First of I just want to say this hotel is absolutely stunning and so very clean, cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Even down to the self service food areas they have a dedicated cleaning team walking around the whole time wiping and cleaning the hot plates and utensils to ensure it not only looks appealing but is clean. House keeping staff are also really friendly and had our room looking fabulous every day and restocked our fridges too. We often took our mini fridge drinks down to the pool which was handy. Like many others I was too nervous after all the chat of broken glass around the pool and slippy floors. The flooring around the the pool is smooth concrete so yes not ideal as offers no grip but I assume it’s there to make is easier for them to transport things in and out or around the area. It definitely can be slippy.. you just have to be conscious to walk slowly and pick your feet up as you walk. The whole time I was there I only witnessed 2 glasses breaking of which both times a cleaning team arrived within 5 minutes. However I think it’s probably best to air on the cautious side and just wear your shoes when walking around the pool area. Regards sunbeds we found you could always get a bed.. however if your in need of 4 or more sunbeds ideally you need to get up early and put your towel out before 9am. Come 10/11am you will struggle to get beds all together or pool side. Beach was lovely.. not a fan of pebble beach myself but that’s just personal preference.. nonetheless very pretty. Water sports staff full of banter and the activities themselves were reasonably priced and they will give you a discount if you ask for it. The food was delicious, you could get food at any point during the day.. we opted to get lunch from the snack bar and then eat in the main restaurant at dinner time just to not feel like we was eating the same thing every day. A few times after dishing up my plate I found some items of food such as chicken kebabs, were stone cold so worth checking the food is hot before walking away. Thete was always seating available and the staff were very friendly.. some language barriers but you soon get an idea of the ones who can speak English. My daughter is autistic so she was thrilled they had her trusty chips and nuggets every day. They also had nuggets and chips available even at breakfast time. (Not that she did lol). Half way through our stay we upgraded to the swim up room and it was stunning.. we were lucky as both rooms next to us was empty so it felt like we had our own little private villa. With upgrades it’s definitely cheaper to upgrade directly through the hotel, jet 2 seem to add on silly amounts of money. The hotel also gave us free late check out on our departure date as we upgraded. We had an 11.45pm flight home so that was much appreciated. The hotel was a very nice place with lots of staff taken care of you, if it's your birthday they give you a free upgraded room. Although the beach is filled with lots of stones and is very painful to walk on, but there is a pier which they're ladders that you can go down into the water from the pier. The biggest pier I've ever been on. The bed sheets were not well put on as I could every night feel them slipping off the actual blanket, the mini-fridge is free (I think). The waterpark is directly connected to the hotel and features 6 slides, 2 of the slides that you do not need a donut on made a dent in my back so what ever you do, do not go down the slides without donuts. The entertainment was decent, definitely aimed to smaller audience and the singing was horrible, you couldn't even call it singing. Overall my biggest thing I don't like is how crowded the hotel is, it's a nightmare to find a sunbed. I don't think they clean the pool water enough because if you dip your head into it, you can taste piss and on hot days the water is like a bath. Outside of the hotel is a great shopping district filled with lots of shops.

An absolute dream hotel. The ambience and modern style make the hotel stand out. You can also get a lounger by the pool. Above all, the service is top-notch, please keep it up. Special thanks also go to the receptionist Furkan who is always helpful.

Mesut Served us at the Gecci restaurant and his service was phenomenonal. Very attentive and professional. Would highly recommend. Food is amazing and very clean. We got a free room upgrade which was amazing. Room was spotless everyday. Service amazing everywhere, you want for nothing here

We were at SWANDOR IN June. Everything was perfect. The beach bar attendant Ugur was very responsive and friendly. Made for some really nice cocktails. The hotel was nice, the water very warm and cool. The entertaiment was on top. Nice shows.

Service in the Al a carte restaurant Gecce was amazing. It was my son’s birthday and Mesut made a great effort to make us feel welcome. The food was lovely I would definitely recommend the food here. The hotel can accommodate birthdays with an al a carte menu and birthday cake. All the staff came to sing happy birthday, it was lovely.
