The staff were friendly and engaging. The bed comfortable. 2 types of pillows available. Bathroom clean. Loved the Dive soap offerings. The convenience to the convention was wonderful. Less than a mile away. Breakfast was okay. Pancakes were flat. Coffee good though!

The property itself is well maintained and clean. The only thing about it that I didn’t like was the water which was very soft/slippery for some reason.
What turned me off was the female front counter staff who was very condescending and rude. Won’t be returning purely because of her

I ended up not even checking in to the hotel because the front desk agent was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional upon our arrival. I have never experienced anything of this sort from a front desk agent ever, I’m still in disbelief. Never would I recommend or stay at this hotel to anyone!

Arrived late. We were welcomed by a friendly staff and assisted us with checking in. Room has been updated and very clean. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, egg white veggie omelette, bacon, turkey sausage, muffins, toast, English muffins, bagels and cream Cheese, Cinnamon Buns, cereal, Pancakes, Hard boiled eggs, milk, juice, yogurt and Coffee

Fabulous room.Amazing bed and sheets. Good breakfast.Surprisingly quite next to I 5 interstate highway. Great location to food and going Christmas lights in Silverton Oregon gardens
