Cleveland Resorts Kanthalloor

The place was awesome and hygiene. We have lot space to spend. We have apple tree with apple and peaches, oranges and so many flowers. Loved the place. Only swimming pool is not there.

Very good experience, clean, well maintained, spacious vip cottage, homely food as per order, very friendly manager and staff. Enjoyed with family.

One of the best resorts in kanthalloor. The view from the resort is really mesmerizing. They are having several rooms of different categories but all the rooms are maintained the sufficient distance which doesn't affect our privacy. They are having multiple dining places that too adds on to the privacy. The campfire arranged by them and the barbeque was excellent. There were not too many staffs there during our visit but still all of them where very much capable of catering the needs promptly. So their service was excellent during the 2 days of our stay. They don't have a kitchen that's a draw back that they have only limited food menu. But the resort manager said that a new kitchen is under process and construction of a swimming pool is also in their plans. Then it is going to be the best resort in kanthalloor. The only problem we faced is the difficulty to find the resort using google map and also the road to the resort is not suggested for amature riders and cars with low ground clearance/power.

Its new place needs more service Staff. The place is clean. locations are good and safe. tea is very worst. U need to buy Ur food while going, there is no shop near the hotel. lots of flowers it's nice to see. play area and camp file is good

The overall experience was good, the stay and everything was good, only the food is a little problem, now they say that they will have a new chef and there will be many items available.

Ambiance, amenities, cleanliness, staff everything is good. It would be great if they have a restaurant functioning. Road to the resort is horrible though it's not their control.

Good climate. Nice room. The service from the team led by prajesh was great. Only bsnl and jio networks are there. Limited choice for food. Lunch to be taken care of by the guests themselves. For sightseeing, jeeps can be arranged. The road to the resort is very tricky.

Friendly atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and good service. Neat and clean room. No disappointed

It was a awesome experience for my family. Staff service was also a great experience. The road to resort was not good. But if u reach there u will forget those things. Climate was also best
