I was in the hotel for 6 days. The room was huge and nice. The service was great too. The breakfast was ok...nothing to rave about. I am guessing they are just recovering from the lockdown days. But overall good experience except for the food part. I will definitely go there again. Also it's good and safe for solo women travellers. And it's well connected to other parts of the city.

The hotel looks just great inside, it has a feasible modern style with art objects, all inside is well thought over. I liked even the normal room - that I got instead of my paid and ordered lux room. As for the the room service - I can hardly remember a better prepared dishes, just wonderful! And all that should of course require 5* mark, but… It always the fist thing in all business - to get the right people Now, when you arrive after a long long trip, and you room is “not available” even that you show the confirmation from the hotel, and the manager does absolutely nothing, When in a 5* hotel you do not feel safe, because nobody is taking care about the sanitary measures against COVID and lots of people are willing inside without the masks… and the managers and the security does absolutely nothing to change that.. it’s no wonder they get 3* rating. And sorry to say, I do not recommend that hotel because it is badly managed

Literally 100 meters from the main tourist street, ”Kazana Arbata” - Bauman Street. 10 minutes in one direction and you are at the Kremlin walls, 10 minutes in the other and you are on Tukaya Square. There are many cheap places nearby, where you can have breakfast/dinning/dining, for example popular in the city ”Good dining room” or a network that you can meet in St. Petersburg ”Table №1.” In the hotel itself you can drink tea, which is available on the resepshne (free) and the teapot and tea pairs in the room. There is bottled water in the coolers on each floor. There is also a refrigerator in the room. The room is small, about 12 sq m, but equipped with a workplace. There is air conditioning, mirror and flat TV. Wi-Fi works well (used on two devices (mobile phone and laptop). I had a big double bed in my room - the perfect mattress, clean underwear. High pillows, but it is individually. On each side there is a torch and a roast. tumba for things. It was nice to surprise the presence of a floor bra. There is a hanging for clothes and shoulders. Also such important trimmings as a spoon and a shoe brush. No shoes in the room, but they are as much as other things (baths, hairdressers, etc. ) can be purchased extra. The bathroom is small. Great hotel! My husband and I rested for three days and are very happy! ! ! All the staff are friendly, and every gesture is warm and hospitable. Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, wonderful interior, central location. I cannot point out a shortcoming. We arrived at the check-in time ahead of schedule, checked-in immediately, checked luggage, and went for a walk. When we got back to check in, we received the key right away. The room is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. You can also get everything you need on request. Next time we will stay in Nogai again and visit the SPA, but unfortunately there is not enough time. I definitely recommend it. For such a service, level 3 * is obviously very small. Thank you for staying!

The staff at the hotel is very polite and responsive. There is one but. When you come to the hotel, the administrator has changed and the new one asks what key you need. That is, he doesn't know what room we are from, and if we are not from this hotel at all? And in the rooms things are valuable, there are no safes. A break in the security system. Can any guests issue cards? As a result- excellent price ratio - quality, we liked it. Thank you to the staff of the hotel for hospitality! The hotel is definitely recommended. На удивление, оказалось лучше чем ожидали! - Расположение: великолепное, улица Баумана рядом, Кремль минутахх в 15 ходьбы, не шумно. Вокруг много кафе, метро рядом. - По номеру: у нас двухкомнатный (супериор), чистый, белье современное и чистое. Из даббла нам легко сделали твин, раздвинув кровати и заменив большой матрас на 2 односпальных соответственно (в удобное время, когда мы отсутствовали). Чайника нет (что странно для нашего типа номера), стаканы есть, холодильник есть. - Ванная: большая, с окном. Не могу сказать, что все супер-современно, но вполне чисто. На косметические принадлежности, тапки рассчитывать не стоит. Полотенец хватает (по 2 на душу + для ног) - Сам отель: в коридоре есть гладильные принадлежности (вполне удобно), кулер. Также почему-то вечно болтается тележка уборщицы и портит вид.)) Следует учитывать, что лифта нет. - Обслуживание: тактичный, доброжелательный персонал, у нас опыт положительный)) Вещи можно оставить в камере хранения - Завтраки: континентальные, достаточно сытные (сет из 3х единиц, напиток, хлеб с маслом и плавленным сыром), но не все блюда могут прийтись по вкусу. Так, в первый день у нас были омлет или рисовая каша (на выбор), творог, блинчик с джемом. Во второй день - гречка или макароны с сосиской, апельсин, блинчик с джемом. Я спросила, можно ли вместо макарон попросить еще один блинчик - сделали без проблем))) Качество приготовления - добротное, продукты хорошие. Из напитков - пакетированный чай или кофе (растворимый). Сваренного, конечно, очень не хватает! В целом, если доработать завтраки (всегда иметь яйцо и кофе в позициях), добавить косм.принадлежности в ванную, доработать мелочи - ушел бы небольшой налет ”советчины” и получилась бы добротная европейская трёшка.)) В целом, могу рекомендовать отель!

I chose this hotel to stop in Kazan for 3 nights where I came to go for a walk. I always try to stay in the center to make it convenient to get out to the city and return to the hotel if I'm tired. I recommend this hotel to travelers in Kazan if (when) go again - I will stay there. Perfectly located hotel: 15 minutes by unspeed. The street of Ostrovsky, on which the hotel is located, passes parallel the pedestrian street of Bauman, on which all tourists go. But it is not noisy because there is no crowd of tourists, and the car traffic on Ostrovsky is not big. One of the few hotels on which I felt ”better than expected”: Looking at the photo I decided that I should make an amendment to the ”art of a photographer” but also the room and bathroom were really big. The furniture in the room is new and modern, which is good. The hearing between rooms was not: maybe I was lucky, or maybe sound isolation is really good. There is a teapot and bottled water in the room. The curtains on the windows are dense. Lights in Kazan early and the dense curtains are not extra. In the wardrobe 4 hangers. I had enough one, but here two would be small. However, it is likely that you can ask for extra. When I asked for an extra bottle of water, they brought 2! Respect! Safe, coat/shoots, minibar, even lay on the shelf a single haircut. Breakfast is a Swedish table. At my request, omlet with selected ingredients has been prepared. There are cashes/omlet/breads/couches, as well as, for those who want, dishes on a tighter basis. Several types of juice and tea/coffee from the coffee machine. Good and dense breakfast is important for me as it allows you to live until dinner at 5 p.m. when all the tours are over. The restaurant has 2 aquariums with neon and mosques, which apparently gave the name to the restaurant ”Aquarium.” Hard Quartet, no five-four luxury, but all necessary is eaten in good quality. I recommend to everyone.

We were a family in the hotel from 23 to 26 February 2023. The hotel is not new but very comfortable. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and somewhere a little fairy tale. The staff are very polite and social. I would like to mark the cleaning of the rooms - the quality is above any praise! Delicious breakfasts with a glass of champagne make the mood of the day. Restaurant with a fireplace, very comfortable to spend not only breakfast but also dinner. I recommend to try local lasagna and ravioli as well as local cheeses. The location of the hotel is very convenient - in step-by-step access to the Kazan Kremlin and Bauman pedestrian street. In general, I recommend both single travelers and family couples with children.
