Courtyard by Marriott Kazan Kremlin is situated in the very centre of the city side by side with the white-stoned Kazan Kremlin, the UNESCO World Heritage Site, not far from city Administration, main pedestrian Bauman Street, Football Stadium and other city attractions. 30 minutes by taxi from the Kazan International Airport and only 10 minutes on foot from the main railway station.
The hotel offers 150 spacious and well-designed rooms. All rooms are modernly equipped with comfortable Courtyard Bedding, oversized desk and cozy armchair, flat screen satellite TV, high speed internet, safe, refrigerator and kettle, iron and ironing board, conditioning, all necessary bath amenities.
The main hotel restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner for up to 90 people every day. The Chef will prepare elaborate dishes of Mediterranean and International cuisine. A top roof Italian cafe and an out-door Roof Top Terrace will be open for up to 140 people during summertime and will face the Kazan Kremlin and give a panoramic view of the city.
Musa Dzhalil hall is 115 square metres with a capacity for up to 100 people. It can be reduced to 2, 3 or 4 smaller meeting rooms by portable soundproofing dividers. Each room has individual entrance, up-to-date air-conditioning system and newest audio and video equipment.

環境挺不錯的，供暖系統也很完善，服務態度很好，晚上睡覺也不吵，靠近克里姆林宮旅遊景點，交通便利，走幾百米就能到繁華地段，價格偏貴了。

酒店位置好，靠近喀山克林姆林，環境優美，房間挺大，床睡的舒服，適合徒步旅行，不過隔音效果一般，早餐也不錯

My wife and I stayed at this hotel a while ago and have noticed significant improvements in many areas: personnel, rooms, quality of breakfast etc. The rooftop restaurant provides great views of the Kremlin and surroundings. As a Titanium Elite member, I have been upgraded to a nice junior suite with new bed and enhanced amenities. We have enjoyed our stay at Courtyard Kazan Kremlin and will definitely stay there again when visiting Kazan next time.

Приезжали с друзьями на отдых в Казань, выбрали отель по рекомендации знакомых. Приехали рано, нас заселили пораньше. Успели оценить завтрак в ресторане стэйкхаус- хороший, вкусный завтрак, большой выбор. В номере есть все необходимые принадлежности, если нужно дополнительно воду или полотенца можно запросить в любое время. Ресепшн приветливый, дружелюбный. Оперативно помогают с вопросами. Уборка в номере была каждый день.

Сейчас отдыхаем в этом отеле. Из плюсов - приличные завтраки, в целом номер в приличном состоянии. Из минусов - мы просили тихий номер, писали это в комментариях к бронированию, а нас поселили в номере, похоже, над какой-то "проститутошной". Второй день раз в час-два из номера ниже разносятся стоны-крики и трясется стена, прилегающая к кровати, омерзительно! Вчера звонила на ресепшен и просила нас переселить, сначала нам дали ключи от номера с одной кроватью, а нам нужны 2 раздельные, потом дали ключи от номера где было холодно, кондиционер не регулировался и еще дополнительно что-то шумело. Я при этом еще заболела и надо сказать, что вещи из номера в номер я носила сама, больная, кое-как. Потом дали ключи от номера на 2 этаже напротив какого-то кафе где по ночам сильно хлопает дверь, мы туда тоже переселяться не стали, так как даже у нас на 5 этаже мы от хлопанья этой двери по ночам просыпаемся. В итоге в 3 часа ночи опять проснулись от характерного шума. У меня даже в глазу сосуд лопнул ночью от потрясающего отдыха в данном отеле. Наведите порядок!!!!! Отель 4 звезды и такое творится. Испорченный отдых и День Рождения(((

Плюсы-расположение, уборка (всегда на связи, каждый день вода), завтраки супер с шампанским, работа персонала, номер большой, кровать комфортная. Минусы-нет мини бара, мебель/сантехника уставшие, напитки в номер-40мин!!!!, завтрак 1 января-хаос. Цена завышена- ну не стоит это все 13т/сут. простите

От Мариотта ожидали сильно больше. Номер маленький, шкаф с покоцанной дверью. Пол в санузле ледяной. Санузел малюсенький. В душевой кабине какой-то акриловый поддон, что сразу переводит номер в категорию «бюджет». Бар работает только до 12, ресторан до 11 вечера. Маленькое лобби, СПА нет. Порадовало местоположение - у самых стен Казанского Кремля. В номере гладильная доска, утюг - тоже однозначный плюс. Чисто. Но, собственно, бронируя Мариотт, ожидали не только чистоты и гладильных принадлежностей…
