About the Kayseri hotel called Prime Inn City. Today morning, they asked for a price for January 10-14, they asked for 6000 for 4 nights for a 2+1 room. During the reservation, Mr. Emrah asked how much the price was (a questionable question, they probably give different prices to everyone, check carefully) and I said 6000 TL and finally we completed it. 15-20 minutes passed, I was called again and asked for 3500 TL per night instead of 1500, saying that the friend who gave me the price today was on his own for 15-20 minutes and gave the wrong price, could it be checked in various places on the internet. Even though I explained that it was their fault, they did not take kindly to it and without apologizing, they said that if I did not give this number, they would cancel it, and I said cancel it. Businesses with this talent may sell the room to size, sell the room to someone who offers a higher price in the future, and call you saying we made a mistake. In summary, beware of a place that does not care about the use of trust and the customer's happiness/experience.
