Divan City Kayseri

I think this hotel is used to catering for conferences and conventions, many of them agricultural ones I guess from the posters for serious machinery in elevators, and thus is pretty good at providing comfortable stays but it lacks a bit from the tourist perspective. There is nothing much around here if you don't have a car, just a small market over the road. We were just here one night on a bus tour but I think we were a bit stir crazy and wanted to explore so took the extensive walking / bicycle path along the busy road that doesn't lead to anywhere exciting either and then doubled back through some run down residential areas on our return. These areas still seemed to rely on the old fountains for water but we did find the cheapest baklava place during our stay in Turkey. Interesting in retrospect but not touristy at all. The room is good. There is central heating in winter, cooling in summer with openable double glazed windows but they allow in road noise which stop when closed. It contains a large king size bed with no break in the upper mattress but two single doonas on top. There are two comfortable lounge chairs, another chair and desk and a coffee table with a bar fridge, coffee and tea making facilities and a medium-sized wall-mounted TV viewable from bed. There is a big hanging space and good storage. Power points are located on both side of bed and above desk and work well. It has a shower over bath with full shower screen and the sink has room on either side for toiletries. Good water pressure, warm water and big bath sheets were all OK. Everything is very clean and we had no problems at all. The bar on 18th floor has a wraparound terrace which lets you see about 90 degrees of the surrounding red roofed houses or lights at night which are quite pretty to look at. It had interesting toilets. It isn't usually open as a bar during Ramadan but we ate a three course dinner there one night. My husband categorized it as "convention dinner" style. The buffet breakfast on the reception level has a range of hot foods, an omelette station and a range of Konya specialities. I liked that they had diet food and most food had labels with nutrition info.

Check In işlemi çok hızlıydı. Bilgilendirmeler çok faydalıydı. Odalar çok ferah ve konforlu. Ayrıca en üst katta bulunan Roof11 hergün canlı müzik performansı otele gelenlerin vakit geçirmesi için harika bir yer. Çalışanlar çok ilgili hepsine teşekkür ediyorum.

Check in was good; I was allocated a room in 1st floor; the room was nice & clean . Lots of noise from other guests; door slamming, loud music , dog barking outside ; the view from the room is not nice; there is a dump just opposite the hotel; it is located side to a noisy road; breakfast was unappetising; not to my taste; My suggestion to you all stay at an American leading hotel company if you want to have a western style breakfast.

The dinner presentation was delicious and beautiful. A live music group adds a different a**osphere to the restaurant and beautifies the ambience. I think Roof 11 is an added value to Kayseri in terms of guest satisfaction. I would like to thank Mr. Muzaffer at the booking stage and Mr. Yunus for their interest and attention in the evening service operation.

Friendly helpful staff, stylish clean rooms and excellent room service. This was our second stay (December, 2021) and we appreciate the consistency in the high quality of customer service. Guys! Please keep it up!

Eski bir otel olmasına rağmen ***et iyi hizmet alabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca odalar pırıl pırıl. Talepleriniz anında karşılanıyor. Şehir merkezine uzak olmasına rağmen kesinlikle tavsiye edeceğim bir otel.

Maraş’tan depremzede olarak çaresiz şekilde yola çıktık onca otel aradık ya dolulardı ya da depremzedelere ücretsiz hizmetleri yoktu. abim ve beni hiçbir ücret talep e**eden güleryüzle caaanı gönülden ağırladılar onlarca depremzede aile vardı. Konfor lüks yemekler hizmete söyleyecek söz yok. Her şeyden önemlisi bunu yardım e**iş olmak için değil kalpleri bizim gibi derinden sızladıgı için bizleri aileleri gibi gördükleri için yardım ediyorlardı. Bir an olsun depremzede olduğumu hisse**edim. Aşçısından şefine resepsiyonistinden müdürüne her bir çalışanı bizleri bağrına bastı. Yazarken duygulanıyorum. Üniversite okuduğum Kayserimin böylesine güzel insanlarla dolu olduğunu farkedememişim. Asma katta onlarca yardım giyim kozmetik her sey vardı. Giydiğimiz iç çamasırına kadar düşünmüşler. Dedeman ailesi olarak bizleri yalnız ve çaresiz hissettirmediğiniz, insanlığa olan inancımızı yeserttiğiniz için bu kararı veren Banu dedeman hanfendiye ve bütün emeği geçen dedeman ailesine müteşekkiriz. Rabbim düşürmesin ama Bir gün zorda olursanız maddi manevi biz sizlerin yanındayız. Yanında olacağız. Bizler sizden razıyız Allah da razı olsun.

Провели в этом отеле 6 дней. Очень приятные впечатления, судя по рейтингу и отзывам - это один из лучших отелей Кайсери. Русских очень мало. Номер был шикарный, просторный. Все необходимое в номере есть (халат, фен, гигиенические принадлежности), все хорошего уровня. Красивый интерьер в лобби, на мой вкус стиль лофт самый удачный для отелей - стильно, со вкусом, функционально. Номера с хорошей мебелью, сантехникой и достойным ремонтом. Мы заехали в чистейший номер - гигиенические принадлежности оперативно добавлялись, полотенца менялись, постель идеально заправлялась меня смутило, что не пылесосили. Отдельно хочу сказать про персонал, очень помогал Ибрагим, он понимает и говорит по русски, приветливая и приятная девушка на ресепшн Мэрвэ. У нас были вопросы по продлению номера, тк из-за ухудшившейся погоды отменилась поездка в Каппадокию и сотрудники максимально дружественно помогли нам продлить номер и учесть все нюансы, которые у нас были, было очень приятно. По питанию - завтраки скудноватые, но были сыты. Мне, с детьми, не хватало каши, да и лыжники, думаю, с удовольствием бы подкреплялись Кашей с утра. Но, видимо, концепция отеля направлена на проведение частых конференций, а это деловые быстрые завтраки. Ужинали и обедали в ресторане на 11 этаже (с чудесным видом на горы) меню не очень разнообразное, но выбрать можно всегда что-то и приготовлено очень вкусно. Рыба, мясо, курица, хорошие салаты. В окрестностях ресторанов нет, либо ехать в центр, либо покупать перекусы в супермаркете (ассортимент не очень богатый), либо ресторан Roof 11. В ресторане наверху меня очень напрягал дым сигарет, выходили оттуда с прокуренными волосами и одеждой, что, естественно, чудовищно с детьми. Для меня это был огромный минус, но за неимением альтернативы, ели там. Хочу отдельно сказать про вечернюю программу! Это не передать словами, столько лет езжу в Турцию, но такого профессионального исполнения тут не слышала ни разу (в курортных местах). Тут живая музыка, приезжали знаменитые певцы (мы это поняли, тк по турецкому музыкальному каналу их показывали). В один из дней было просто нереальное музыкальное сопровождение певца на скрипках, ударных и клавишных инструментах - у меня нет слов, чтобы это описать словами. Это заслуга администратора Ресторана Альберта, он занимается приглашением артистов, мы даже утончили у него, неужели такие профессиональные артисты в таком количестве живут в Кайсери, тк за все дни ни разу не было повторений. Чудесная девушка-официант Мизгин в ресторане, огромный ей привет! Приятная, улыбчивая, понимающая Английский, просто чудо, дети ее обожали! Вообще, весь персонал очень хороший! На гору возил трансфер в 9 утра и привозил в гостиницу в 17:00, стоимость 60 лир в один конец (очень хорошая цена, по сравнению с такси). Всем сотрудникам огромный привет, удачи, приятных постояльцев и творческих успехов. Прочитала предыдущие отзывы и удивилась комментарию о том, что неудобная подушка!
