Absolutamente adorei este lugar, desde o fantástico serviço de atendimento ao cliente até o lobby… tudo foi perfeito! A uma curta distância do distrito de luz e energia (literalmente apenas saia e você verá os sinais). Ficarei lá novamente quando estivermos de volta em KC !!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Phillips! Something to note is that reservations are required for the speakeasy, and the reservation we made here did NOT include breakfast or the valet service which is necessary due to the location. Everything in the room was clean except for the shower curtain, which is why I rated the cleanliness as 4 rather than 5. Overall the hotel has a ton of charm and friendly helpful staff!

Checkout is at 11 and check in is at 4. That's 5 hours to get rooms ready. Tell me why my son and I arrived at 415 and sat in the lobby for over 2 hours waiting on our room to be "ready". I just don't understand. I know they were booked up because of the convention but I don't understand how that makes a room that I booked 2 days prior to arriving not be ready on time. We ended up missing 2 hours of the convention because we were stuck waiting at the hotel. Also, nothing was offered to us for our trouble.

The pillows were very hard and there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room these are basic amenities provided even in cheaper hotels
