My stay was bubbly and peaceful. My suggestion is to have better cleaning of the spa tub. Other than that would I do it again???? I definitely would.

This is my go-to place when I'm in Katy. The manager is wonderful and the room is always clean. The refrigerator and microwave always work. This is a nice, clean place to stay that is much quieter than staying in a place on I-10. I've stayed here ten times or and am always pleased by the owner's genuine warmth.

I stay here whenever we are in Katy, TX. The manager/owner is helpful and kind, The rooms are clean and have no cigarette smell. The amenities (hair dryer, microwave, etc.) work. Everyone is friendly and accommodating.

The first rooms had blood stains on the sheets, the second room didnt have a working tv or working heater (50° outside) amd the 3rd room had dirty sheets, dirty pillows and the bath tub didnt work.
I HAVE NO CLUE HOW THEY HAVE 8 STARS!?!
