Hotel the Grand Dewan

The hotel has an open terrace restaurant with a view of mountains. Wonderful service with amazing food. It is very clean and I would rate their hygiene 10/10. Had a great time. Very friendly staff and good food. Location is very close to the main market. Thank you

I stayed in this hotel with family for maa vaishnodevi darshan. This hotel is really good. It's recently opened hence all new setup with clean rooms and all fittings. Open Air resturant on Terrace with mountain view is spectacular. Location: Just 50 mtrs from market and 5 minutes from Bus Stand. Food: Awesome food. We had ordered Paneer Lababdar and Dal Tadka with Tawa roti ***** with Lemon Soda. Also had chole bhature, upma and aalo parantha in breakfast. Everything was delicious. Hotel Manager Mr Rakesh is very polite. Whole staff is very good in hospitality.

Smooth check in. We had booked 3 rooms and requested for an additional room and the same was arranged with no fuss in sometime. We were a group of 7 adults and 2 kids and had a very good stay at the Grand Dewan. Coming to the Rooms- Very good rooms. Spacious, neat and clean rooms and washrooms with current modern amneties suiting the basic needs. The in-house restaurant has wide variety of veg cuisine at affordable rate and serves delicious food. The hotel has a roof top dining area with great view of the mountains and the Shrine. The staffs are cordial and their service is very good. Within close proximity to Banganga. Overall, a very good hotel offering rooms and services at a good price. Will highly recommend the Grand Dewan for a comfortable stay.

The rooms were well maintained. Staff was supporting and friendly. Clean and hygienic environment. Food was very delicious and like home made. Best part was comfortable environment and checkouts. Helpful staff and polite too. Spacious rooms with excellent room service.
