Likewise convenient for business and holiday travelers. Nicely, decent great interior, but very warm, super nice Restaurant, Bar located on the 27th´s floor including yummy yummy variations of Food & drinks/wine and of course a PHANTASTIC nearly 360degrees view to Katowice. Super nice and cute furnitured Suite, with a huge living room, big bath and so comfortable bed :-) sleep like in heaven :-) Outstanding was the received service (not a matter of course today in hotels) especially not as a 1st timer! There was nothing what the crew does not achieve in a shortly timeframe, even it was hard to get some special things... ( like watching NFL wild card game.... till 2am simply Perfect! Special thanks to the whole Team ( housekeeping, waitress and waiter, cook, limousine driver... ) , they all do really an outstanding job, friendly passionate and always kind. To be honest, this is a place to be at Katowice and I´ll be back for sure shortly! Last but not least goes my personal THANK YOU to Donata ( super cute, warm and smiling all the time ) she does her job´s with a great passion, extremely high personal engagement and a fantastic decent kind of behavior to make things happen! She will go for sure their way´s in that hospitality business! Great compliment to the Management, the whole staff are xtremly good trained and motivated!, be proud on them!! See you soon!!

The hotel rooms are very spacious and have a good view. There are many kinds of Western breakfasts, which are very rich. The location is far from the shopping center. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the large shopping center. It is best to take a taxi to the train station, but the surrounding environment is quiet and not noisy.

Have stayed here a couple of times. Parking is 50 Zl a day. Very clean, nice modern rooms. Great Lounge/Bar/Restaurant area. Bartenders/waiters very variable - some with professional, accommodating attitude, some less so. Restaurant menu has been updated, and food is now modern (with a choice of traditional Polish items). Food is good, but not exceptional. They do carry bottled beer from a regional brewery, I can strongly recommend the IPA! Location is not smack downtown, but more of a compromise between the Spodek area and Mariacki Street. Nice enough, and no nightclub noise during the nights.

At the time of booking this was one of the cheaper options in Katowice and by far the best value for money. We stayed there for 1 night. The hotel has been recently renovated and it looks much better inside than it does in the pictures, which as of May 2019 are not up to date. It is conveniently located next to the A4 highway, with plenty of free parking space and supermarkets nearby. The room was modern, spotlessly clean and all appliances were new, with a comfortable bed and a top rain shower. For longer stays it could use a desk. Breakfast was good with enough variety, high quality food and delicious bread. Not too many vege options as far as I remember. The one shortcoming was service. There was only one receptionist on Friday evening who was very helpful but did not speak English. If you happen to arrive just after a bus tour, your check-in can take a while.
