O requinte ao mais alto nível. Uma experiência única, onde o hóspede é o centro de todas as atenções. A disposição das Villas é incrível, os restaurantes magnificos, a praia ( mesmo não sendo privada, pois na Grécia não podem haver praias privadas) é fantástico, com um serviço premium. Sem dúvidas o melhor resort all inclusive que já fui. Ambiente espetacular. Decoração impecável. Gastronomia excelente, com certeza o ponto alto do hotel. Recreação infantil também muito boa. Muitas opções de piscinas, praias, restaurantes, bars… tudo o que imagina tem para todos os gostos. Fizemos uma viagem para comemorar 50 anos de casados dos meus pais, fomos em 15 pessoas, de 3 a 77 anos. Todos se divertiram e aproveitaram muito. Legal que o hotel disponibiza carro (tesla) para passear pela cidade. Por sinal a cidade é muito bonita e com várias opções de praia paradisíacas. Enfim, tivemos uma experiência sensacional, principalmente pelo atendimento da Anastasia Malliri, ela fez a nossa viagem ser mais especial ainda! Todo o staff do hotel é muito atencioso e se esforçam para fazer o melhor! Dos restaurantes, o que mais se destaca é o Elia! Parabéns a toda a equipe Ikos.

Excellent all around. Perfect place for a family holiday and will definitely return. Food very good, lots of choice, service excellent. I can’t believe that some of the restaurants don’t come with a supplementary cost. Our host, Anastasia, was so attentive and helpful throughout.

Top rated resort in all possible ways... rooms, facilities, food, beverages, all under pinned by exceptional service from the staff. Would highly recommend to anyone, but with or without children. The concierge service for Deluxe level rooms, is worth the upgrade on its own. We were served by Vasilis Papadimos, who provided faultless service and did everything he could to ensure our trip met all of our requirements. Made the trip even better than we could have hoped! All members of my trip woudl like to thank Vas for his efforts.

We have just returned from a special 9 night stay at Ikos Odisia as a family and what a fantastic holiday it was. We have unforgettable memories ranging from the excellent service provided by the Guest Relations Manager, Anastasia, for whom no matter was too big or small to deal with decisively and promptly to the excellent service and care provided by the restaurant, bar, deluxe pool and beach staff especially with making our 2 year old daughter smile and laugh. The resort is stunning with beautful landscaping, well designed rooms and fantastic scenic views from various vantage points. There are vast food and drink options and would strongly suggest making the most of Elia with it's idyllic setting. We would highly recommend Ikos Odisia as a luxury all-inclusive resort that caters for all relaxing needs. We look forward to returning in the near future.

what a lovely location, the staff was amazing, especially Prodromos & Vasilis. we will come back there again... they upgraded us and they were just on point from start to finish... see you soon IKOS ODISIA..... I enjoyed the whole location and the great service throughout once again!

Have been to a couple of the IKOS hotels over the last few years and while the are great, there are certainly issues as with any vacation. However, child safety should be the highest priority… We planned to use the kids club for a few hours each day and filled in the required forms to let the club know swimming capabilities etc. We took the kids along to a session where there was a pool party for older kids and a splash zone session for younger children. We advised them that if our youngest was going into a pool, he would need his flotation device but were advised he would only be allowed to go into the splash zone. However, when we picked the kids up, we were horrified to hear that our youngest had been allowed to join the older group to remain with his brother. Both he and his brother told the carer that he required his flotation device but was told he would be OK and was left to swim in the deep end of the pool. Thankfully, our boys decided to stay by the side of the pool for the duration of the session which probably helped avoid a horrible situation. Needless to say we didn’t return the boys to any water sessions much to their frustration. We raised the issue with the hotel as we felt it was completely negligent of the staff and received an apology from them. However, we feel that this is something people should be aware of to ensure they understand the potential risks of leaving children with the hotel kids club

This is a tricky review to write. There are lots of aspects of the resort that are absolutely spectacular which makes me understand why people catch the Ikos bug and yet I came away feeling as though we didn’t get what we paid for. However, having spent £3k a night for a weeks stay for 2 adults and 3 children I feel they missed the mark on a fair few things. Our room was not available for check in at 3pm even though we had already been waiting for half hour. No apology. The deluxe concierge never materialised during the time we were asked to wait for her during check in. She eventually made contact two days later after we chased this. Turndown biscuits ran out twice by the time they got to our room. Glasses were not replenished in the room even after chasing. Sun lounger cushions in room were stained. Our transfer to the airport was late and we were left chasing this. We never received our bottle of olive oil nor were spoken to on departure. They ask you to fill in a survey after a couple of days during your stay and this was never acted on. All seem small trivial points but as a family we keep to our own pool, don’t use the kids club or water sports so for us at this price point I expect them to get the basics right. The personal service was completely missing and to be honest other than a nice room I’m not sure what deluxe actually gets you!
