This hotel is a prime example of style (photogenic) over substance. The outdated decor might fool you into thinking you've stepped back in time, but unfortunately, the experience doesn't match the ambiance. The hefty price tag certainly doesn't justify the subpar service or the poorly maintained facilities. The swimming pool? More of a decorative piece than a refreshing dip. As for the breakfast, it was as uninspiring as it gets. Overall, a major letdown.

A foul smell all around when you enter in hotel...a very old property...not well maintained...staff behaviour is good...but lack of services...old carpets in corridor are dirty and having foul smell..no hair dryer, a vault, shaving kit etc, Entrance in hotel looks like entering in a logde ..bad elements are used to sitting at enternace of hotel all time...no cleanliness...MMT must survey before recommending such 4* properties...

Food was good, behaviour of staff was courteous. But outer look of hotel is not attractive. Decorum of room was also not up to mark. However overall it's a good hotel.

Location is one of the best, food and hospitality was amazing. Staff were well trained and very well behaved. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Not a good one, only a swimming pool is good rest, rooms are bad, & even issue of hot water. Food is also not upto the mark.
