It's very convenient and close to the airport. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and it completely ruined my whole impression of Denmark. I strongly warn every traveler never to book or stay at this hotel. After checking out, I had pre-booked scenic spot reservations, so I could not rush back right away. However, I returned to the hotel as quickly as possible within only two hours after check-out. Unfortunately, I left my personal belongings in the room: a pair of sunglasses and a laptop charger. I was extremely fond of that pair of sunglasses I bought in Germany. They were brand new, purchased just two days earlier, an exclusive style with only one pair in the whole store, and it is extremely difficult to find an identical one anywhere else. My laptop is a Chinese domestic model, and the charger is specially matched to it. I study in London, and I have important online exams immediately after this trip. I rely on my laptop every day to review learning materials. Without this exact charger, I cannot use my laptop at all, which puts my whole exam preparation at great risk. I have no idea whether I can find a compatible replacement in London. The total value of these two lost items is at least 600 RMB. Besides, I will have to waste a huge amount of time, energy and pay expensive transportation fees just to look for a matching charger in London later. I called the hotel many times to follow up on my lost items. On the very night when this incident happened, I needed to check and finalize my graduation thesis, yet I could not turn on or use my laptop without this charger. I explained on the phone how urgently I needed this charger, but the staff member grew impatient and even raised their voice while talking to me. When I first asked the staff what would happen if my belongings could not be found, the staff openly said that she thought it was normal for her colleagues to throw guests’ personal items away as trash. Only after I repeatedly demanded proper compensation did the hotel verbally agree to make up for my losses. When I went to the hotel in person to solve this problem, the manager was never available. The staff simply said there was no way to offer compensation and claimed they had already tried their best and done nothing wrong. When I brought up calling the police, the staff responded that based on what I had mentioned in my previous email about involving the police, I was fully allowed to do so. I had to travel back and forth to this hotel many times just for this issue, which seriously delayed and disrupted my entire travel plan in Denmark. Aside from the lost property issue, the hotel’s overall facilities are also very poor. One side of the wall is just bare cement with very simple, shabby decoration, looking as if the hotel cannot even afford proper wall finishing. The lighting inside the room is extremely dim, with only weak warm yellow lights at the bedside and four corners, making the whole space dark and uncomfortable throughout the stay. I did not book breakfast, but my friend who stayed here told me the breakfast tastes terrible and is not worth the money at all. I want to emphasize one point clearly: helping guests look for lost belongings is the hotel’s responsibility, not a voluntary favor. The so-called “search effort” can never change the fact that my items went missing inside their hotel. Whether the staff threw them away or not, the hotel should take full responsibility for personal belongings lost on their premises. Instead of facing the problem sincerely, the hotel keeps avoiding accountability, shifting blame and stalling on purpose, taking advantage of the fact that I am only a tourist and will soon leave Denmark with no extra time to argue. The last time I visited the hotel, I told the staff I worried the manager would never reply to me. The staff assured me that the manager would get back to me that very night. Regrettably, I have never received any response up until now. It only proves my suspicion that the manager intends

Easy check in and check out. Booked because of the proximity to the airport. Only downside is there isn’t a shuttle service available for the airport and the train station is pretty far. Overall the short stay was good and easy to get to the airport by cab.

Stayed here several times, good location for catching a flight.

Breakfast is so so with very small selection of hot meal. Parking is not free.

A really nice walk from Airport to the hotel in less of 20 minutes, healthy after a long flight

Kind reception very friendly. Nice bar with local beers. Enjoyed it. The room interior is old. An alarming thing is that, the bathroom stinks badly. The smell comes from the sewer. It was a bad experience.  Breakfast is very simple. No warm food (only omelet but no taste at all). Location is awkward as they claim to be close to the airport. But without taking a taxi, it is not easy to reach. Walking will take 40min.
