Iris Hotel

I give 3 stars because is not what I expected to be for that amount of money.We choose to have the option all inclusive during our acomodation, and for this service we didn t receive any water in our room and I bought from them with 1,5€ a bottle. The pressure for the hot water is low and not enough warm, I asked at the reception and i've been told that between this hours 17:00 - 18:00 we need to wait 10-15 minute for having that facilities. The safe locker it was broken, I couldnt use it for my personal belogings, and I had to take all my valuables with me everytime. The food was good, but to eat the same food for 5 days in one point was enough for me. You are not allow to take the coffee from the restaurant to go outside. Overall the place is for relax, you can enjoy the pool, the bar and the staff is friendly and kind.

We’ve been a group of friends and we had all inclusive package. The pool area is nice and quiet, if you want to relax is a perfect place for it. The pool has a bar from where you can order drinks and the employees are friendly. However the cocktails were not included in the all inclusive. The food was good but there was not a big choice and for the snacks we had to pay even if we had all inclusive package. The biggest issue for me was the fact that we were a bigger group and we weren’t allowed to move the chairs to sit to eat together . The room and the bathroom it was clean and good size with a terrace, but if we wanted water in the room we had to buy even though we had all inclusive packages. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the all inclusive package.

Very poor food choices, all inclusive you won't get anything in your room not even water. Air condition doesn't work, no cocktails included in all inclusive, only good thing I can say is the bar staff is great and the pool is beautiful.

You won’t get anything in your room for all inclusive, not even water. If you want a bottle have to pay €1.50, food has very limited choices, not fruits for breakfast. 23:00 all inclusive is closed anything else after that you have to buy, coffee only after 08:00. No entertainment at all, bar staff very friendly, but staff at dining is rude, if you go in groups of 6 or more, you have to sit separately as they won’t let you move chairs. Pool is nice but I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Horrific hotel , staff so rude and unfriendly. Room was terrible and so dated and our bed was rock hard. The pictures of the pool are nothing like it.The pool was dirty and way to deep and unsafe for children. No children's pool it was empty. The hotel is run by a family and if your a regular you are looked after but if your new they totally ignore you. Reception is never manned and Air con will cost 7 euros a night. We had to buy a fan as we we're there for 2 weeks. The room was horrid with vile red gloss and everything was old and tatty. Bathroom was horrid and most things were broken. Noise levels from the bar was unreal and music and local guests were keeping guests up till 3am. The breakfast was horrific with a selection of stale bread and rolls and processes ham and cheese. When I asked for fruit I was told they didn't have any yet its a island of watermelons and other fruit. The staff member told me if I didn't like the breakfast to go somewhere else. Stale cereals and greek yoghurt that looked like it had been there all day sat next to some olives. Powered orange juice and coffee when the machine was on. They didn't replenish the breakfast so when others came there was nothing left. It was just a total poor show considering we paid for it. It was cheap and nasty. The positive reviews are from regulars who sat at the bar getting drunk with the staff and were seen helping themselves. If you weren't a regular you felt totally ignored. No receptionist manning the desk and no one to greet you each day or night to make you feel welcome. I'm.sorry to write a horrid review but it's the truth. English people need to know the real review because like us and other English people we were all disappointed. Please change the pictures to reflect the real hotel.

Definitely a price performance champion! Air-conditioned comfortable rooms, moderate breakfast, 10 min walking distance to the beach, nice pool, nice decoration outside! I think that would be great if they don’t close the pool at 7 pm..

The hotel is average, it looks much better on the pictures than it actually is. The rooms are small, the beds are sturdy, there are bugs, and the AC needs ages to start working… The food is mediocre at best. The juice is plain water with coloring powder, tomatoes are bad, the sausages are bad, and there are no fruits whatsoever. The bread, the cheese and the olives are the only delicious food. This is not a place for someone on a diet (lactose-free or gluten-free products are hard to find). The pool is nice and very beautiful at night, it’s amazing for photos but it closes early (7pm) and the sun beds are always reserved. The pool is definitely the best thing here but it’s solo purpose is marketing.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are truly so hard working, the breakfast and dinner crew work non stop and Nikos is amazing by the pool. For their sake though, we suggest that the uniform changes to shorts in this heat not black trousers! The only downfall here was the lack of hot or even tepid water at various times of the day and the continuous power cuts. Location is very close to Siviri beach - truly walking distance.

Location is very nice, quiet, a lot of sunbeds, pool is clean and the staff is sooo warm and friendly. The food is good, but you don't have so many choices and the beverages are poor, the juices are not that good, the beer is more water than beer and the wine is sooo bad. The other drinks, like cocktails, are not included in the all inclusive package, you have to pay for them. We had the superior double room. It was sooo clean and nice, but the beds are a little uncomfortable (the mattress is hard, it's nice only for people who prefer a hard mattress), and I think we had some bedbugs, because I was bitten every night by something, and that were no spider bites. Overall, it's a veeery nice place, I would definitely come back here, but next time I will book a deluxe room, so I will get more comfort. And maybe untill then, they will work a little on the beverages (make them better or just add more options) and also the food could have little more options to choose from.
